Yes and my SEO doesn't have good CR but she is tanky as hell. About shadows i am not very sure...IGRIS is always my number shadow for the shadows authority for CR and IRON is for his debuff skill. I think if you have A3 or A5 WW you should still give it a try...just make sure you maintain 5 stacks. Also as i just heard from others in this game that shooting at 50% charged state resets the skill.
How is it possible to ne consistent with ww i literaly miss anything beyond 10m range and even close range some hit some just faze through the enemy somehow
