I don't know why, when people makes reviews, anyone talks about the fact of compressors should be the first item on the chain, and boosters (if you don't want to add gain to your overdrives) should go the lasts. I saw this review with the duallist, like me and.... neither here talks about this! :'(. Beautifull sounds, by the way.
Mix and match for whatever tone you are looking for I guess. No right or wrong nor any real standard to how you run them. That compadre is a great pedal. I have since sold everything in this video and use a helix and powercab now. I'm actually happier and impressed that I have even more flexibility with helix when it comes to tone shaping.
@@therangersinger lol I'm leaving Helix after 4 years, because it is a tone sucker. I found 0 sense in using a 3k nuance full guitar, thru a machine that cuts it all 😂
@@nandoholgado3050 understood. I haven't encountered that personally as I use just the powercab 212 plus. I have yet to be disappointed. I have also sold all of my expensive guitars. I play just my warmoth guitars I built. They sound "better" and are of just as high quality as my Suhrs, fenders and Gibsons. I don't ever really seeing myself buying any more high end guitars. Or amps and pedals for that matter. In the end of the day, as good as they were, I was never satisfied. Less is more.
Never going back to dipping. Now I just need to quit the nicotine pouches though. One step at a time. That is the only bad habit I've ever had. Glad you kicked your habit to. This was a painful and very boring video to make. I had to make another one right after using some awesome panned delay with the Strymon volante. Please watch that one. I will be watching your upload from yesterday shortly. Thank you sincerely for always commenting. I like interacting with you. And you are always uploading great stuff. Great tribute to ZZ top as well 👍👍👍👍👍
Nice video. Very comprehensive and really shows what you can do with the pedal. Saw it whole and didn’t get bored!
Thank you Sir, you may be the first to cross that finish line 🤣
