    I just went to town on a big rose bush, now it's got three main canes, can't wait for the heavy concentrated blooms.

    I use my cuttings.By dipping in root hormone.Only a few lived.And it takes time.But its your baby.

    I notice me and her mark are tools with white paint.Easy to find in darkness.Easy to spot if someones to cheap to buy tools.Some change their color every year.

    Do hybrid teas in general make good hedges?

      There are better plants for hedges. Roses need to be open to improve airflow to prevent disease problems. They don't make good tight hedges. You can plant a line of them, but they would perform better with spacing between the plants.

    just gritting my teeth ready to go and tackle my Gloire Lyonnais that hasn't been pruned for years ... somewhat scared.
