Awesome!! Keep it up! A few weeks back my hubby and I did lunch at Chili's, I had the three meat Fajitas, so I had shrimp, chicken, and beef with the onion and peppers. I'm Ketovore mostly, since May, but the plan is Carnivore or Lion Diet for 30 days to see if some others issues get better.

My dad is retired Air Force and my son is in! Dad was Disaster Preparedness and my son is a Firefighter.
