So do you twink your characters at 60? I have a 39 druid and hunter and twinked them and can't ever get into a pvp match when I have xp turned off. Is it better at 60?

it's not an addon. you talk to 'nassar' NPC in valdrakken, you get an 1 hour merc buff.
