Induction Eats Event

Midland Appliance Langley Showroom hosted Induction Eats - an evening of flavour, inspiration, and innovation that highlighted induction cooking and its benefits. This event was hosted in Partnership with the Building to Electrification Coalition (B2E) and Pacific Specialty Brands.
The event featured Chef Michael Varga and Chef Ying Ying Gao who prepared dishes from the B2E’s latest Induction Eats Cookbook, intended to excite and educate about bringing induction cooking to kitchens across the world.
