I am a massive Oasis fan. I'm not comparing the bands, but jesus, the guitars sound like Oasis all over this album. This is a good thing and I am so happy to hear this sound again. I have to say that this is like the Stone Roses as well, only better vocals (at least to me, I know MANY people will disagree and rightfully so). Can't wait to see these guys.

Don't mean to piss on your bonfire, but The guitars sound fuck all like Oasis...? The Roses yes... however the bands reference points pre-date Oasis, you need to check out the C68 scene from the mid/late 80's, bands such as the Wedding Present, Flowered-Up or even further back the Psychedelic Furs. Now Keep calm and listen to the DMAs.

Saw them again on the Festival Republic Stage at the 2016 Reading Festival,where I first discovered them there,a year ago.Amazing,or should I say,DMAzing,but either I missed the first few songs,or they did a really short set.My faves (almost) from the whole weekend.Brilliant album,brilliant E.P. - not so sure about the cover version ("Beautiful stranger") I'd hate them to achieve fame and chart success with cover versions,leave that to Rod and UB40.
