Neko/TOP UT lover/11420 This is based off of a series of small episodes called Villainous. The character, Flug, is in that series, but I'm not sure about the little girl (and this almost seems like a different universe, in a sense). I know I'm not Dyre, but I thought I'd just tell you anyway.

No.. if you look closely in some episodes there are blueprints for dementia. If they created her that will explain her hair and lizard features. Maybe they injected lizard dna into their creation.. that's just my idea

Citrine Diamonds What if she does meet Black hat.... (He would probably dismiss her as annoying and get the others to get rid of her. (Not by taking her home...) So, she won't be telling the police about his location and how to get in. While Flug might be freaking out......)

Then Black Hat bursts in, tells Dr. Flug that he is late for work, looks at the girl with a frown, asks Dr. Flug who she is, and he will tell her that she is his sister. When he learns this, he sees the girl crying. Black hat says, "Ah, don't cry. Want to see a silly face?" Then you can imagine what black hat shows her and traumatizes her for life.
Flug of course is furious, but one look from Black Hat and he quickly gets his emotions in check. He will get him back later with an experiment gone wrong and make it look like an accident.
