When you have afflicted or weak sun, you will find bullying friends(not all) or come in contact with people who will hurt your ego, self respect and self esteem, especially in the early years of life . Interesting. My Virgo sun is in the 4th. Much of this resonated, esp regarding my mom's position in the house, she really had two kids, my dad and me. And although I was minutes from being born on my dad's birthday, he was distant, and emotionally immature. I take pride in my home, but not due to its size but because of the comfort it provides to me and others.
And following up on the distant father figure, and more of what you said I'm surprised that my daughter also doesn't have her sun in the 4th. She's an 11th house Leo.
My thoughts on this came up again this week (and esp now as the moon moved into Cancer). I love the comfort of my home, can go days without leaving it or seeing anyone.
