    ++ Basic equation of Energy :
    E = y+V2/2g (y - Datum head ; v2/2g - velocity head : Pressure head = 0 as only atmospheric pressure is acting)
    E = y + Q2/2*A2g (V= Q/A)
    E = y + Q2/2*A2g (E is whole function of y i.e Area is also function y)
    for Specific Energy to be minimum Variation of E w.r.t y should be zero dE/dy should be zero.
    Q2T/A3g = 1 (T= Top width of section) condition for general section
    Froude Number = (V2/(gD)^1/2) (V= velocity of flow ; g= accln due to gravity; D= Hydraulic Depth i.e D=A/T)
    Emin is min specific energy at Yc if
    EEmin then Y>Yc then Froude number < 1 i.e. flow is subcritical
    (For Rectangular Section) :
    (q2/g)^1/3 = Yc (q=Q/B) (T=B for rectangular section)
    Vc= (gYc)^1/2
    Emin = 1.5 Yc
    (For Triangular Section) :
    (2Q2/m2g)^1/5 = Yc (T= 2my) (m= cross slope of triangular section)
    Vc = (gYc/2)^1/2
    Emin = 1.25 Yc
