There's just something special about this unit, the art, the angles, the concept of SS3 goku and SS2 vegeta working together like this just feels so special. I know it's in other units but tbh SS3 just felt different whereas blue boys just feel like a yellow hair recolor.
Also, ending with the LF is just top notch, love it.
On another hand I'm wondering, that match with the new free Gohan, if you have punch gutted frieza would it have stopped him long enough so he couldn't change before the nuke? I'm kinda curious
To grow on that ssb thing, I think the blue duo don't have the same pact because it's the same form, the contrast when swapping from 3 to vegeta makes you really feel like it's cool, rather than Meh. A ssbkk goku and evb vegeta would mirror the buuduo imo

They did get some great buffs, pretty impressive actually, but the Vegeta problem is still there, he gets little to no combo potential. Despite that, they are really strong now, and Vegeta tanks a lot
That’s the point. You literally only switch 3 times for the gauge. The equip definitely helps bolster their general damage output and better access to the trancsedent kamehameha. Don’t forget about the new LL ability too
Vegetas whole thing is debuffing until they’re doing zero damage

In the long term buu duo will not last. Their kit is just not as dynamic as a unit like gammas.
Got it to godly with all slots red. Not a bad equip but I feel like they could have gotten a tiny bit more but I am greatful for what we got

@@siffychase8472tag units aren't really tanky anyways and that's probably because of the healing they get when switching (and some other cards if they have the ability to do so like buu bros vegeta side)
There are possibilities of these new type LF plat will get awaken in the future like how the other older LF plat. Gotta keep that in mind.
Funny how the last 2 LF Plat Equips were both SSJ3 units….. Orange Piccolos is only coming next week unfortunately

Hey Raiyu, I've been following the channel for over 4 years now! I still remember when I first found you at 19k subs ^^
You should really try them on androids with the gammas and 17.
That team works incredibly well for me.
I've been winning against 14 star whaled out teams in god rank and all my units are only 6 stars.
Gammas can sweep most matches for you easily cause they're just the best unit in the game( yes. And it's not even close btw). But the buu duo and the core breaker absolutely shred everything.
You can really utilise the tag switches of these guys and gokus 50 ki on switch in to combo forever and I've actually had many matches where I got both the core breaker and the kamehameha.
That team cooks honestly.
And it's the most fun team in the game.
You can't zenkai buff goku and vegeta on roids unfortunately but they're still way better and provide more for me on that team than they are on the team you showed in this vid( tried it myself).
They have a ton of sustain thanks to 17 and with the cut pen support they do a s**t ton of damage too.

And that’s why I watch you for anything ssj3 related. Actually showing they have some proper use.
They’re a lot better but doesn’t cover the faults they already had. But considering Janemba is a more prominent blue character at the moment, I don’t expect people to use the buu duo over him.

Yep... Even with Plat, I already expect that it won't totally revamp Vegeta side kit. At least this does make one feel more secure using this unit again.

Imagine if we had a character that if you hit the enemy with tab attacks it would reduce their ki by 25. Along with the quick attack. It would really make people want to be cautious even less and go on the offensive.
So LF Tag 17/18?
Many characters have abilities like that already where they reduce ki after combos. We already have back dashing that reduces ki and your gauge as well.
But tap attack and quick attacks consuming ki would be interesting. Characters already recharge ki quickly, so that wouldn’t be a bad idea.

The reason they didnt release the op plat equip was bc they using the buu duos plat equip to see how trash it is and how to make a better one for orange piccolo probably. Buu bros are being a test subject again.

When i got this unit like a couple months ago (I dont remember when this unit released) , the unit used to dominate ngl. This plat can defenitely be essential to make them somewhat compete in today's meta.

This unit never dominated, it was pretty bad on release and aged very quickly out of featured boost, but still this equip doesn't help their lacks so it is indeed an improvement but nothing special, the units still is bad without things like ki recovery or draw speed on Vegeta
I happy i got the first slot to C but this is the one time i dont have slot removers

Currently trying to upgrade the plat equipment. Only have the boys at 4 stars and 99 max arts boost, but there’s only so much I can do. But I welcome any buffs to these doods.

I have them at 7 stars and I gotta be honest . I tried them on universe reps w/ 17 and they folded like a noodle. I used them with 3 zenkai buffs and they folded like a noodle. There genuinely not even CLOSE to being good enough unfortunately because I love the card art

Just a thought, but maybe use them on a team that they actually work on? Regardless if you put them into a leader slot, they may not get certain buffs. Plus, I've used them myself, and they do a great job.
The only person that can use buu dou at they full power raiyuden himself
I like the buu dou now with the plat but I do limit break them up to 9* so the power boost is definitely helping

Honestly i was thinking of helping their Ki problem was to run UL Broly due to his insane Ki recovery and the gauge can help them set up combos for their tag switch but i dont know if its good in practice sounds good on paper

My 4 stars buu duos suck, i lost a game aganist purple whis and trugeta.
I got a perfect slot 1 on there equip after only 20 energy but after 200 slot removers on 3rd slot still no red and still green on middle after around 100 on it.... I really wish the rerolls on slot 3 wasn't so hard to get cause they make such a difference in slot 3 why have the equip if u can't get a red 3rd slot
