Its not a must to have 4 valves on all engines. The higher compression higher revving engines requires more air hence the 4 vavles. For low compression long stroke engines 2 vavles would be sufficient with air or oil cooling.

If you are that doubt full then bring on zx10r I will make you sit behind and clock 300+ on nearby to Siliguri road and I bet you will get down with shity underwear and wet pants. Make sure you get big size diaper before sitting with Niladri
