Ghost of Tsushima to me is better than AC games in every way. They nailed everything right. My $70 is going to Yotei. I have no confidence in Ubi’s copy paste, non innovative , jankly rushed games with season passes.
By the way I just noticed they delayed the game to February, meaning Black History Month, meaning Ubislop will call everyone racist for not buying the game 😂🤣
Ubisoft isn't in trouble, they have been in trouble for the longest time. What is happening with Shadows is what might be their final hope of a near decade long decline dying with a whimper. Does no one remember how awful AC Unity and its bugs were? Or that newest Ghost Recon that nearly became a NFT simulator a few years ago? This is nothing new, unless you call the inevitable conclusion to a decade of hubris finally catching up to Ubisoft "new".
They really fucked up letting that game go to ruin …. Game was better than destiny so much everyone was on it. Breaks my heart how they let it go to waste
Division is great. They just fix a shit ton of bugs, the devs listen to the player base and they are working to add content next year. Not to mention they just started working on division 3.
Origins was a good game. Maybe u didn’t like it cuz it wasn’t your easy simple old school assassin creed game but saying origins was bad is insane. I agree odyssey and mirage was mid
They've made some decent games. But yeah not great, Valhalla isn't an AC game it's an empty open world viking game and I'm sure plenty people liked it but to me you could take the AC name away from the game and you wouldn't be able to tell. The game is TOO big and too empty.
@goatedknowledge6180 lmao cope child. Origins was a cakewalk but it's not about difficulty, it's about the fact that it was a hack and slash RPG not an assassins creed game.
AC Valhalla sold double what kingdom come deliverance 1 sold lifetime in its first two months. I wouldn’t be shocked if they delay to March/April because I think that’s the game in danger of being buried unless AC Shadows is like a 6-7/10 mess even with 3 months to polish. Stock price is being nuked because this is like 500 million instant revenue that is being delayed by a quarter not because they don’t think Shadows will do well. Loss of faith in long term strategy too because beyond AC Shadows…what they got? Sands of Time Remake in 2026 lol?
@@nelsonhamilton8262Kingdom Come Deliverance is only AA and was made by 11 developers. Ubisoft has marketing on their side compared to what the first KCD game.
Just as a FYI for those wondering why 2015 was a pivotal turning point. Vivendi attempted to takeover Ubisoft in 2015 and finally failed in 2018, divesting some shares to Tencent. They’ve been scared of a takeover ever since, and have been incredibly safe and conservative in any project greenlights or messaging in their titles as to not upset potential demographics. This is why every game since then has looked boring or the same. We learned after Ghost Recon Breakpoint that they would not green light a project unless it had a certain amount of features mandated by HQ to be in the game because it’s what has made past games a lot of money. This is why Breakpoint (a very tactical pedigree’d series) has looter shooter and RPG features. It’s why most of their open world games have outpost systems and collect-a-thons. It’s why Siege started out a lot more grounded, but is now very much another hero shooter with unrealistic abilities.
Siege is still for the most part the same thing and is still the greatest tac shooter ever and the fps with by far the most potential as a competitive game. Unfortunately in Ubisoft’s hand it will never get anywhere near that. They’ve already taken steps to make the game more casual.
Couldn't happen to better people! Let them spend more time, and money on a game that will ship DOA. Smells like Concord, and honestly I'm all for it, let them fail. Folks need to start learning hard lessons again. Hopefully folks are watching, and learning, and the gaming industry will recover.
Ghost of Yotei plus Star Wars Outlaws BOMBING 100% scared them. In their own reveal trailer(s), they have swords not sheathing in alignment, enemies firing rifles and the round hovering in mid air where the barrel was, doors not aligning with stairways. It's a laughable mess already so absolutely needs delaying. But it's classic Ubisoft. They stopped making decent and new games after Black Flag. Far Cry 5, MAYBE an exception. And delaying until Feb? Haha, no way it does well really. Monster Hunter Wilds, Civ 7, Yakuza, Avowed, Kingdom Come 2.
Next year is packed with amazing games especially near feb , not only that if ubisoft thinks this will make people forget their fumbles they are wrong 😬
Sony's new Ghost trailer whipped that ass-assins creed. Ubisoft got punched in the gut. Sony - "Hold my sake. Ya'll done forgot we already did this!? Allow us to remind you!"
I think what you're looking at is not exactly the actual stock price for Ubi since last time I remember it's traded in EPA. But it has been down though that's for sure
2:21 "it's a video game, it's not that deep" I mean, Ubisoft initially advertised it as a "authentic, historically accurate" game. They straight up said you could learn the history of Feudal Japan by playing their game. So, obviously people, especially the Japanese people, are gonna want to see if that statement holds up. Spoiler alert, it didn't. In fact almost the total opposite is true with the amount of disrespect and cultural appropriation going on with Japanese culture in what we've seen come out of AC Shadows so far... If out the gate, Ubisoft said it was a work of fiction loosely based on the era, nobody would've cared and there'd be little to no backlash about the historical and setting inaccuracies. So it's more the intellectual dishonesty of it all. Claiming their fan fiction is the actual Japanese history is what's got people riled up the most. And not even gonna get in to all the plagiarism and disrespectful things Ubisoft has represented in their game and merch as that list is long in itself...
Just gonna go ahead and deny all the video essays and write ups about how literally historically accurate the game is, huh. And no, it has nothing to do with "fan fiction." "Fan fiction" is what hardcore bigots, and WANNABE hardcore bigots, are hiding behind because they haven't leveled up their bigotry yet. Just like The Gamers™ saying GamerGate was all about "journalistic integrity." Unabashed nonsense from people who literally didn't give a flying monkey butt about "journalistic integrity" before they found out their precious games had WOMEN and POCs working on them. Now we have GamerGate 2.0 which is even more hyper ignorant, claiming "western" society is crumbling because female characters don't all look like strippers. Sooner you realize how you've been indoctrinated and manipulated, the better.
We all knew this was going to happen. It's about time. The decisions you make as a company have consequences. And here they are. Maybe this will finally push them to make something not completely soulless, brainless, imaginationless and copypasted. Maybe we will see a rebirth of Ubisoft... But in reality, huge corpos like that reeally hard to move. It's a dinosaur stuck in mud.
Some people are so hung up on a black dude and a female protagonist they're missing the point on how Ubisoft got to this point. Shadows isn't the reason they cancelled their entire games showcase and all media outreach. There have been attempted coups at Ubisoft for years and after financial flop after flop theres blood in the water. Ubisoft sacrificed art for cheap easy profit and bad monetization. Boiling it down to "go woke go broke" misses the point.
nah going woke is part of the problem aint no way you going to gaslight people on this one anymore especially after all the stuff coming out about the mentorship programs and what not
failed to mention his was never a Samauri, he was viewed as a pet in historical texts, the female is gender fluid and a ninja. These are not Japanese; these are western woke weirdos forcing ideologies on a culture that very much does not fuck around. We all wanted a feudal Japan AC, what made them not pick one of their historical hero's? Western plague thought
As someone that was contracted to a big game company i gotta tell ya lil bro in chat did not know what he was talking about. Contracted "employees" are not employees of the company they work at, its through a contractor. Nobody that works on a project via contract counta toward employee count. you arent even legally allowed to call yourself an employee of whatever company contracted you.
I want an accurate history assassins creed game. Shadows is just a game but I want and hope they do more research of feudal Japan. I mean I studied Shinto long time ago when I was part of ninjutsu many years ago. But just like odyssey ( which was awesome) should be the same with shadows despite all the negative about shadows.
Ghost of yotei bout to make assassin creed a memory and I am all for it. I still don’t like the Witcher 3 like rpg game style there using so sucker punch gonna give us what I been looking for in a while
Having played every single Assassin’s Creed game at the time they came out. Black Flag wasn’t bad, I get that it’s different, but I truly had fun playing that game.
Look, I'm one of the few people that was interested in this game. I always wanted an AC game like this and it looked quite cool. Releasing this game within WEEKS of Monster Hunter Wilds is insane to me. Also same month as Like A Dragon: One Piece Pirate Adventure or whatever its called lol. Crazy fucking month for them to pick for this. I gotta appreciate them giving DLC's for free. They're on a good track I guess. We will see what happens.
EA get it because of FC 25. Football is the worlds game and if you make a half decent product it’ll sell. I know a bloke who bought the €110 edition of 25 and pumped over €250 in Packs for Ultimate team just this week cause he had early access. All that money for what? Cards that last a couple weeks till the next promo? Nah, Least when we all buy DLCs for D2 etc we can play as much as we want and yeah it may get boring after a while but it aint costing us mad money to go buy the newest exotic if we dont want to.
I will defend Ubisoft and say that the delay was a smart move as opposed to releasing a bad product. But they should have had experts helping them before this point in production time make sure they got things more accurate. I do feel like people are overreacting to the protagonists and that isn't helping the game, but the lack of general innovation and the rough state of Outlaws and Mirage doesn't inspire confidence.
Let’s be honest. R6 was revived literally because of one person…Jynxzi. The brother single handedly pulled that game out of the depths and hands of the video game reaper.
Between BG&E2 and that 5v5 pirate ship thing it’s the games Ubisoft spend years not bringing to market as much as the ones that are tiresome map clearance slogs when they do. They don’t seem to be able to make sensibly sized games any more - everything has to be 60 hours of repeating the same five tasks, and I just can’t face it.
ubisoft can you get shares down to 1 DALA ?? Soon we know lol. Bet it was in barely running on pc state bugged to fuck they cant afford another fail IN ROW.
Ubisoft has XDefiant out now, Div 3 on the way, and more Assassins Creed games on the way. They just keep stepping on their junk with outlaws, delaying games and killing highly anticipated games like Heartland. They are making very strange decisions, I think they need to stop with their partnership with Sweet Baby and just make games people want to play. Space Marine 2 shows us that people dont care about the whole inclusion aspect but want compelling games and stories.
People forget, AC Origin was so accurate schools and museums used it as teaching tools. And it was so popular they created a special mode just for a guided tour of ancient Egypt. And it was also the game the revitalized the company. They have made an exact copy of it every year since. Or 2 years, however long they take. Odyssey, Valhalla, and now Shadows. They are all re skins of Origins and that is why the company is dying. Whoever made Origins is likely gone long ago. I looked into it, it was Ashraf Ismail who was fired in 2020 for hooking up with fans. Which rockstars do right now and no one cares... But him and key members of his team who made AC1, AC2 Black Flag and Origins are all working for Tencent now. And if you know AC, those are the best ones... This is why the company and games have sucked and nothing has worked for them. All of their talent is gone.
The Japanese couple you are talking about can be called nitpicky about the historical aspect of the game but it doesn't excuse the buggy mess that made it to the TRAILER. The floating doors and bullets, swords not properly aligned with their sheaths etc. Those are signs of an unpolished game unworthy of its AAA brand. Edited: Sorry i mean AAAA brand.
I'm passing on AC (and I never pass on an AC game) to get Yotei. They already messed up not doing a Japan-based game before Tsushima dropped, NOW Yotei is coming? Ubi messed up, this won't sell well. Maybe it'll be okay until Yotei, but once that comes the player base for AC is going to plummet. You're right, Ubi is in trouble.
Ain’t no body who gives a damn asked for Ubisoft to make or waste game dev time and energy of a washed new assassin creed entry they have a treasure trove of other ips they they could have but they made there bed a long time ago time to sleep in it. Just let it all burn
''Its a video game, its not that deep'' Ubisoft is trying to honor an entire country and its values, its not like this is a game based on well documented events with a twist, this is them taking a character, who barely has any documented history, and creating bs.
Ubisoft has been very lackluster ever since the last SplinterCell. Their game quality has been doodoo since then. I would hate for another SplinterCell to release now, because it would just be absolute SHITE. Nothing from their studio has been worth the $60 price tag in YEARS.
Ubisoft’s annual revenue is higher than their current market cap which is…something. Feels like an oversell. I’ve done pretty well buying the bottom on CDProjektRed so prob will do similar here. Company doesn’t have too much debt, 1.3 billion cash on hand, even with this delay somehow not negative profit wise on the year, executives seem to finally be realizing maybe it’s them lol. People kind of forget but AC Valhalla was the best selling AC and cleared a billion plus in revenue. How content creators talk about it you’d think it was this disaster but they all like unity which is the game that did in fact almost nuke the franchise lol.
Personally I really liked Outlaws, though I acknowledge that it could have been a LOT better in some areas. But overall I thought it is a big improvement over their games the last several years. Gorgeous worlds, lots of attention to detail with Star Wars lore, pretty decent story. But it was too easy, and the stealth mechanics needed to be improved a lot.
I believe gamers are pulling out of Ubisoft projects, specially pre-orders, cause of what the CEO said: " Gamers should get used to not owning the games they paid for "; and us gamers responded with well CEO I guess you should get used to being JOBLESS with everyone spiteing your company just cause of you and your remarks about us not owning the games we paid for
When they killed the background story with Desmond the story suffered there were great iterations after origins odyssey vahalla but the stories fell flat in certain points because they didn’t bring it full circle only made attach points imo to connect on going back and forth between the present and the past is what made the game special not just the historical context and leaping off high points
As a fan who put 150+ hours into Valhalla, it was incredibly disappointing to see all the cultural issues they’ve brought up. They could have done so many cool samurai, but they went with a man who barely existed outside of fiction. I want to play an AC Japan game. Yet apparently they made a tiny map which tells me they definitely didn’t put as much time into this as they did Valhalla which has 4-5 huge maps.
This is actually a great decision and a W for Ubisoft. Releasing for epic game store only has ruined many a game. Both of the last Final Fantasy games underperformed because of being on one console exclusively for a year. Whaterver amount a singular console or company pays will never make up for the loss of sales for a game not on peoples platform of choce. I had no intention of playing Shadows untill it released on steam. Now they got a guarantee sale from me as long as the game review well and I think many other people are going to be in that bag. The date however is horrible. They should release in late March. With the verification of Monster Hunter World for Feb they are literally going up against one of the worlds biggest multiplayer games from one of the most lauded studios. It's like launching in the same month as GTA that is suicide so I hope they reconsider for late March instead. Maybe their idea is to come out before it but Monster Hunter Wilds already has preorders up. I bought my copy of MHW instantly when they were available yesterday as will most Monster Hunter fans, those on a limited gaming budget will likely be waiting at least a month before getting another game that costs 100 dollars, this will cut into their sales guaranteed. Ubisoft is on the wait and see the reviews bus due to their many previous failures. Now they are giving up their previous pre-orders on Epic which is another W as it allows people to play on their platform of choice however this makes me question if they will have cross play because if they do why would they need to do this? If they want success they need crossplay, they need to get rid of the Ubisoft launcher BS just like EA has basically abandoned it for steam and come off of cloud nine and make game people want of maximum quality. Ubisoft needs to stop making e-sport shooters and put out a new splinter cell. A new Ghost Recon that plays like ready or not and a new Rainbow Six Siege since the game is far too old for just updates and a New Division MMO...those games are the hits they have the hits they need to get them out they need to play well and the people will flock why we got 20 driving games no one ever cares about prince of persia side scrollers instead of a Prince of Persia Souls Like...I will never understand why they seek to pick the least likely W when they have a catalogue of bangers in their back pocket. This feels like about 10 years ago when capcom was crapcom and all their games were trash. I hope for a similar turn around however I'm thinking it is make or break with the latest Assassins creed or there is going to be a Bungie like reckoning for them very soon.
@3:38 - Man, I don't think this is exclusive to Ubisoft. Take a look at ANY large AAA dev studio since 2015. What have they made that has been innovative, ground breaking, or just the best of it's genre. Activision pumps out a shittier and shittier COD every year, Blizzard is basically dead, EA literally can't even make a mediocre game to save their life, 2K can't do anything right, Bethesda is pretty much on life support. The only shining lights in the AAA developer market seem to be Rockstar (we assume GTA6 will be good, but look how shit RDR2 Online has been so 🤷🤞) and some Capcom owned studios.
Every keeps getting AC year after year buts its basically same old shit. The only innovative entry was Black Flag. CoD has the same problem. Ubisoft and Activision both should just be forced to dissolve as a consequence for constantly shamelessly preying on consumers. Bungies not far from being in the same boat as these two. Hopefully Sony can make Bungie turn it around.
The CEO of Ubisoft told gamers that they don't own any of their games, and they don't want them to own the games. They took down The Crew, rendering the game completely useless as it was online only, even for the single player parts. They forced PC players to use Uplay and removed their games from Steam, even with those getting a release on Steam later having to use Uplay as an additional launcher, even when purchased through Steam. Furthermore, they also push the same formula for their flagship games, took a decade to release Skull & Bones (to "meh" reception). Gee, I wonder why this company is in trouble now. The only sad thing is, that a lot of great ideas from their smaller games got wrecked by these business decisions as well.
Ubisoft decided to let their core games like Rainbow Six and the Division franchise slide by with no new game updates and buggy maintenance patches and literally threw all their eggs in the basket with Star Wars Outlaws, Avatar (which is on silent running at the moment) and Assassins Creed Shadows. This is what happens when gamers are not treated with respect....they find other games to play. As a Division 2 player for many years, Warhammer Space Marine 2 is a breath of fresh air.
The answer to 3:35 is in Legendary Drops' video about Ubisoft titled "I talked to Ubisoft employees" something along those lines. Watch that, he embellishes a bit, but has the right take from Ubisoft employees themselves
they're not going to change any game mechanics. it's too late for that. They'll use this time to perfect the game by fixing the bugs and framerate and make sure it runs smooth. Maybe add one or two extra things but nothing groundbreaking lol.
Man everyone’s been in this damn game, when will there be one in Mexico? It could be centered around the Aztecs fighting the conquistadors, or it could be Mexico’s revolution against Spain.
I think most people don't realize ghost of tsushima and ghost of yotei are made by sucker punch and American studio owned by Sony a Japanese company, I think Ubisoft is getting some unfair criticism. Outside Japan most people think ghost of tsushima and the sequel are made by a Japanese studio after all lots of people keep asking for a new infamous game not realizing the studio makes ghost of tsushima games now.
I tend to see it like this… if the company is known and prides itself on creating historic accuracy in their games while maintaining a fun creative element to it, then it’s all well and good but when you take actual people from history and totally change them to pander to a specific audience then of course that’s a problem…. If you take an object/timeframe or moment in history that is important to that culture and mess around with it… then of course it’s a problem. Ubisoft Assassins Creed games aren’t a parody, they never have been… if they were a South Park type of franchise then no problem but they are not. For US people that think it’s no big deal, imagine someone made a game where the twin towers was used a set piece for a collectible that had someone standing over them.. probably be pissed, or a game about the civil war where the main protagonist is a gay black soldier cutting through the enemy and only because it’s to pander to an audience… they misrepresent a historic moment like Pearl Harbor and got the ships or ship names wrong… that would be disrespectful to all Americans wouldn’t it be.
the problem of ubisoft for me is that his games lack of soul since ps4 era with the exception of for honor i used to be a die hard fan of Tom Clancy´s franchises and i not purchased any on the last 6 or more years are no longer tactical and are no longer original on mechanics or innovative in inmersion R6 siegue is a very great game but for me is not a good R6 i want that franchise come back to rainbow six 3 tactical gameplay now there is just 1 game of that style on the market Ready or Not
The only reason ubisoft is still a float is they have all the revenue from all the good games back in the day, that, let's face it, They had male Devs working on back in the day. It's like a snoopy, petty woman marring a rich guy just for his money then useing and spending him till he is dry. It's no different here with ubisoft. I'm not even gonna capitalize the u anymore.
Do you reckon I will be able to choose not to be gay though, or you won’t get a choice? I don’t think that a black dude in feudalJapan would be out and proud. At least if I have to be a gay character, do you reckon they will focus on game play etc instead of kissing another guy or writing stuff like that in the game.😢
I wish I could see Ubisoft from the other side I wish I could resonate with the downfall of Ubisoft video I don’t I throughly enjoy the games I loved outlaws sure it got repetitive at times I’ve liked all the open world AC games even Valhalla I’m sure I will with shadows
Even if this game become super good, they still have to deal with the cultural controversy. Even if they delay it to 2025 nothing can really fix it. And if they are going to fix the whole cultural part delaying to even 2027 might not even been enough
There’s a shift happening in the narrative that giant corporations just aren’t ready for, you can see it happening with movies as well. Consumers are done putting up with all the BS and just aren’t willing to shill out money for products that aren’t worth it anymore, they need to either start taking feedback from who the content is actually supposed to be for serious or they’re just going to continue to flounder
I didn't even realize you were talking about Assassin's Creed when I was watching this in stream. I just heard Monster Hunter and I was just like, yeah nothin' else.
Ubisoft is only alive through siege yet they let it run rampant with cheaters on ALL platforms not just pc and yes im considering mnk on console cheating because it is. Even mousetrap is ass at stopping it. Ubisoft just doesn’t want to do anything about the cheating but wants players to pay 10/mo to get the “best of siege“ but again i anti cheat is there and what is there is just spaghetti code that does shit for nothing. Assassins creed is also probably the only franchise outside of siege that is even giving ubi a leg to stand on right now too. Then again just leave it to the french to get big then give up and surrender lmao

They’ve made so many assassins creed games yet so many of them are giant nothing burgers. I hope shadows flops
I'm still so pissed at ubisoft for absolutely dropping the ball with Devision. They got so close.
Could have been a great shared open world tactical shooter, but just tried too hard to be Destiny.
Division is still a great fucking game, but there’s just no content.
They really fucked up letting that game go to ruin …. Game was better than destiny so much everyone was on it. Breaks my heart how they let it go to waste
The community is so toxic for that game
Division is great. They just fix a shit ton of bugs, the devs listen to the player base and they are working to add content next year. Not to mention they just started working on division 3.
Honestly if Ubisoft falls that would be the best thing ever. They haven't made a great game in YEARS.
Origins was a good game. Maybe u didn’t like it cuz it wasn’t your easy simple old school assassin creed game but saying origins was bad is insane. I agree odyssey and mirage was mid
Prince of Persia the lost crown was amazing what are you talking about
They've made some decent games. But yeah not great, Valhalla isn't an AC game it's an empty open world viking game and I'm sure plenty people liked it but to me you could take the AC name away from the game and you wouldn't be able to tell. The game is TOO big and too empty.
They need to make more games like Grow Home.
@goatedknowledge6180 lmao cope child. Origins was a cakewalk but it's not about difficulty, it's about the fact that it was a hack and slash RPG not an assassins creed game.
Monster hunter and kingdom come deliverance 2 comes out in February as well.. good luck Ubisoft
Facts
Siege is still for the most part the same thing and is still the greatest tac shooter ever and the fps with by far the most potential as a competitive game. Unfortunately in Ubisoft’s hand it will never get anywhere near that. They’ve already taken steps to make the game more casual.
Concord just flopped hard. Think Bungie is shitting their pants right now, with Marathon?
One can only hope
If only Marathon failing affected Pete Parsons that would be deserved, but it would also affect others at Bungie that just wanted to make a new game
Couldn't happen to better people!
Let them spend more time, and money on a game that will ship DOA. Smells like Concord, and honestly I'm all for it, let them fail. Folks need to start learning hard lessons again.
Hopefully folks are watching, and learning, and the gaming industry will recover.
EA is making bank because of all their sports games. Gacha has a choke hold on a lot of the players. Apex is also another cash cow.
They need to rename the company "Ubiflacid" at this point.
ubigina
They sure aren’t Ubihard, that’s for sure! 😂
It's because their games make us Ubisoft.
Ubislop
Ubishaft(ing all of its players)
Assassin’s Creed Multiplayer, Black Flag, and Far Cry 3 were bangers because they were innovative
I'm still shocked to this day they haven't made a live service AC game. REVELATIONS MP WAS SO GOOOD.
When it worked it was good. Sadly 9/10 times it wouldn't run
Ubisoft is just taking L lol. They losing plays in XDefiant, which is good, now this? Oof you can’t win bro
“It’s just a game it’s not that deep” idk man $70 is pretty deep into my fucking wallet
2:21 "it's a video game, it's not that deep"
I mean, Ubisoft initially advertised it as a "authentic, historically accurate" game.
Ubislop hasn’t put out a decent game in almost ten years. Og R6sige and Wildlands were the last greats. Unity was the last good AC
exactly this. since they never finished good and evil
rpg triology was gooe
Nah Siege is great, you just have rose-tinted glasses.
@@Lorentz_Driver Nah, the game today is not even remotely similar to what it was in the first few years.
I wouldn’t label wildlands as great it was a fine game that pulled off it’s superb setting and premise
@targitausrithux2320 preach it my friend. Woke bs absolutly contributed massively to this
Woke ruins everything
You're too smart for these comments op. Blame it on woke, it's easier than being smart. Woke can mean anything you want.
Their Star Wars game under-performing has then sweating.
Cross, you know exactly what went wrong with Ubisoft in the last decade but you know you can't say it on camera.
Gamers are hilarious. We complain when games rush out stuff and then we complain when they delay lmao
Feel bad for the devs but I would not be sad if this company just vanished and never came back
I really enjoyed AC Vhallhala, it’s up there as one of my favorite AC games
"I don't play anything EA", why you have to do Titanfall 2 dirty like that
Get ready for some Ubisoft layoffs if their stock keeps dropping
Yall should try out division 1s survival..
Everything else they have released has been shit tho
Honestly, nothing can beat walking through a post apocolyptic snowy New York city. I also prefer Div 1's Darkzone over the scattered Dark Zones in 2.
To me, Ubisoft is creatively bankrupt
AC unity was the last AC to be good
I want an accurate history assassins creed game. Shadows is just a game but I want and hope they do more research of feudal Japan. I mean I studied Shinto long time ago when I was part of ninjutsu many years ago. But just like odyssey ( which was awesome) should be the same with shadows despite all the negative about shadows.
Oh I forgot to say is that Ubisoft needs to and force themself to understand between kunoichi is.
Ghost of yotei bout to make assassin creed a memory and I am all for it. I still don’t like the Witcher 3 like rpg game style there using so sucker punch gonna give us what I been looking for in a while
“There” and “they’re” are not the same word.
Assassin's Creed died at Sindicate
It died at 3💀
Having played every single Assassin’s Creed game at the time they came out. Black Flag wasn’t bad, I get that it’s different, but I truly had fun playing that game.
valhalla is literally the best selling ac
It died at 3 when the main writer wanted to end the story, and the company said no. So he killed off Desmond.
@@IJP-p7black flag was amazing
Regardless, yasuke shouldn't even be in that game.He wasn't an assassin, he helped unify Japan. Why would he go against the feudal lords
Don't get anything and save the money for gta 6 lmao
Also I would love to see Sega buy ubisoft. But only because it might be cool to see Sonic team up with Rayman... assuming ubisoft still owns Rayman.
They don’t seem to be able to make sensibly sized games any more - everything has to be 60 hours of repeating the same five tasks, and I just can’t face it.
if you're a swing trader tho... whats the chances of ubisoft not being around in 5 years?
ubisoft can you get shares down to 1 DALA ?? Soon we know lol. Bet it was in barely running on pc state bugged to fuck they cant afford another fail IN ROW.
They need to let that dogshit of a game rot out in the sun for a few more months
I was so excited for the game and counting the days... now I'm just gonna take my pre-order money and buy something else, I'm done with the game
Omg do people actually care about historical accuracy in Assassin's Creed??
Things to say "no shit sherlock" to for 500 Alex.
Ubisoft just needs to make for honor 2 and it will rise from the ashes like a greedy phoenix
Bye Ubisoft. Out with the old, in with the new. Thanks for the memories, but old yellers time was many years ago.
''Its a video game, its not that deep''
Ubisoft is trying to honor an entire country and its values, its not like this is a game based on well documented events with a twist, this is them taking a character, who barely has any documented history, and creating bs.
I believe gamers are pulling out of Ubisoft projects, specially pre-orders, cause of what the CEO said: " Gamers should get used to not owning the games they paid for "; and us gamers responded with well CEO I guess you should get used to being JOBLESS with everyone spiteing your company just cause of you and your remarks about us not owning the games we paid for
Wasn't 2019 the big announcement of all the sexual harassment as well as sale talk?
I hope they chance the black Samurai into a Japanese Samurai...so stupid a Samurai Game with a Black Samurai...
This is typical for a French Studio.
they're not going to change any game mechanics. it's too late for that.
I wish you could comment on ads dude.. I see the dumbest ads on RUclips
Just going to say this Division 2(massive entertainment made it) is a good game it has a DLC coming in 2025 and season 2.0 in October
Ps div 3 is already in the making
these clown dropped sub par product and even went as far as saying they made the first AAAA game... they are a joke. In order to save this bs company youd need to go as far back as the division and the making of snowdrop engine, they are cooked
“We know you hate what we’re making, so we’re gonna push it back so you forget”
Ubi gat some insane titals like asesens Creed watche dogs far cry xdefient. If Ubisoft goes private i would bet they gona either sell some of theyr titals too other companies or whats gona happen but Ubisoft gat no more liniensy too bee doing this social positivety they been on for 4 years. They need to drop it ans focus like peak game lock in.
see AC 1 gameplay is pure nostalgia the Altair-Ezio games the best ones and the 2 of pirates Blackflag and Rogue
Ubisoft should’ve invested in the Division franchise, that game had a solid following until they started with horrible content updates.
