E3D Project Administration : Creating a new Project

In this lesson, we will start to create a usable project from scratch. You will see the method I use to create a new project. In a huge project I will likely use a script ( macro ) to do it. But this is a demonstration on how easy it can be done. Sometimes, user just use an existing project and replicate. I do not recommend that as it brings a lot of information from other projects that are really not required. I use the same method to create projects with 10 users to 100 users.
