I thoroughly enjoyed this! I also saw another channel use a coffee grinder to grind some and made cornbread. So that might be an option if you dont have a blender---which i dont since i seem to always end up breaking them, lol! Blessings to you and yours!
Where are you located? I grew some in western NY this year. I read that the amount of rows of kernals is genetic, and the length of the ear , and number of kernals per row is due to climate and health of the soil. My uncle always bought the heaviest bags of seed corn he could get, he said it grew the biggest corn. My seed I bought was bin run for sure, there were 5/8" long ones, odd shaped from the big end, and the little popcorn looking ones from the silk end. This is a big corn and it needs room to grow, wide rows and about one plant per foot.
what made you choose bloody butcher? just curious, here in the bourbon capital, they say it makes the best mash. I find it good at yellow ripening, but also great for the grits and cornmeal
@@silverdiamondhomestead5760 I was looking for a good all around corn to grow, everyone raved about the corn meal, so I wanted to make tortillas and tortilla chips. The bourbon was intriguing, lots of little distilleries popping up lately.
@@silverdiamondhomestead5760 I made some corn nuts a few weeks ago, they came out real tasty, and they flavored the oil, so I been adding a little of the oil to my meat, onions, beans, and peppers when I make fajitas.

Thank you, I wanted to know if I could process it in a blender. Got my answer here.
