Best part of her act is how she stays in character and doesn't even respond to them. That is difficult to do cause you know she so happy Inside to keep moving on but she has a straight face and remains in character at all times which enhances the act and makes it that much better.

She's a genius in the way she's presenting; if she has Tourette's which would impact her act, particularly as I understand it, the ticks can come up particularly when you're under stress and even more so if people are staring at you and judging you, this is a great way to incorporate it into the act itself and no one would give second thoughts to it.
