- One way to save money is to take a moment at the start of the week to inventory your refrigerator. When you do, take those items that you don't see yourself finishing before the end of the week and freeze them. Last week, I ate chicken, this week I am into beef and whatever the senior center offers. That means that I need to preserve the leftovers from last week that I don't plan on eating again this week.
Also, just because I am getting free food from the senior center, it doesn't mean that I take things that I don't have a plan on using. To me, that would be wrong. I don't grocery shop without a plan, and I don't want to take free food that I will not eat. Also, getting a free lunch means that I bring home the leftover. I can't eat these big meals that they are creating in one sitting. It is primarily why I don't sign up for a food bank because I don't want just a bunch of food in my house. IF I was honest, I am eating more carbs because of going to the center than I do normally in my diet. I have noticed that free food is very heavy on carbs.
I forgot, there are 4 poisonous snakes; I forgot to mention copperheads!

Said a little prayer for you. I want to add, that I like the idea of the yard ornaments. I've thought of putting a 5-6 foot croos in the yard here. I'd have it lit so people could see it at night.
I have to l faugh. Thank you for pointing out the error of my ways-- typo, I meant to put 600. I am so very tired that my brain is not functioning properly. Maybe a cross in the yard will help me to have kind thoughts when the neighbor's dog starts yowling at night, but I would need the lights as well. You'll love today's video. I got a free cross for my yard! Who would've thought? A local church made them and brought them to the senior center, for Easter, I guess?

Thank you. I have more than I know what to do with, given that I have high ground in the midst of a flood. Bridge washed out yesterday cutting many seniors off from the center until it is repaired unless they are willing to drive 40 minutes out of the way. I too wish you the best.
