New idea - only a specific franchise can make a course. E.g only the Mario characters (Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Bowser, Wario, etc) can only make it. Other characters fail the course.
That would be near impossible, since it's already hard enough to make 1 character not be able to do something, or the other way around, but multiple characters?
Others pointed it out, but there's no shown way for Pichu to complete this challenge without taking damage. And you specified specifically no damage in general, so that would technically include self damage.
No the rules are make it to the end without other player interference and without touching the lava, also pichu is faster than lucario so wind would solve that

It's so satisfying to watch everyone beat the ridiculously overpowered character. Now we need one of these for all of the other overpowered characters. (Isabelle, Greninja, Mewtwo, etc.)
I wonder if you could somehow do it with lucario's counter, but that would require multiple people at which point you could probably just footstool off of the other person to go to the top, but both fall under the rules of no taking damage.

Lucario has a counter and when used, deals no damage. this in turn, makes it so you can touch the lava without getting hurt. I have no idea yet how to use this to debunk you, but it may be useful information or others attempting to debunk you.
Side note, Link can actually do the Incineroar cheat code. Just jump into the lava stick and you’ll grab the ledge. It seems like you can’t airdodge to the ledge

Mii Brawler can do it. You need to have his up b to be shoryuken and he can make it up to the place where the drop down section is where wolf, ryu, and ken did to pass the challenge. Go there, drop down that hole (you don’t need his up b), and midair jump to the portal. Like how wolf did it.
I would want to see one where only the mii fighters can make it... All movesets. But none of the original fighters the moves come from (like for example the hero's spin taken from link for swordfighter)

The only rule is you cant take damage? Immediately i see a big flaw. But first i would like to say pichu can do it he can simply crawl and hit the bottom switch. Anyways your big flaw is in the very first obstacle, lucario can make it. He just need a succ on the other side, either kirby or ddd(lucario wont take damage if they dont spit him out) . Also from further testing at a certain angle he can grab the ledge meant for gannon and incin. Those are the only 2 ive been able to get so far. So almost perfect but your lack of rules diminish the challenge, and 1 very very hard and precise jump he can get through.
In my opinion, you should add a bit where Ike could use his up-special and add some wind to it because im sure that move ignores wind, Its just a suggestion

For that first part about footstooling: you can't interact with the other Lucario, but the theory about the ledges could be true.
I only say this because the rules only said you can't take damage, so the footstool is a legal option.
Also I know it says that you have to meet up with the other Lucario on the other side, but there was also nothing said about the other Lucario's damage, as many of the routes the fighters took damaged the Lucario.
