From the wikipedia page about hold music: Among the best known due to its default presence on Cisco telephones is "Opus Number One" by Tim Carleton and high-school friend Darrick Deel, who recorded it on a four-track tape recorder in 1989. Deel went on to work for Cisco in building the company's first VoIP phone. When a need for default on hold music came up, he recalled the track he and Carleton had recorded and reached out to Carleton for approval.
I think some company like Cisco makes phone systems, many corporations buy Cisco's phone system, and so many people hear that - Cisco's default hold music - when they call the corporation

Thank you!!! 😊💓💗💛💖😊💓💗💛💖😊 It's perfect!!!
You forgot to turn the comments off on this video before posting your new one...
Lenarr Young did it first, and better. Give that man his credit. Biting off of people and thinking no one would notice. 😂🤦🏽♀️
on gawd 😭
Nothin but facts. WE WANT LENARR
That’s what I’m saying, Thank you!! I Been searching for This to make sure I knew it was the same tune. They acting like it’s was their idea. Shame on them. And Lenarr did that sketch a couple yrs ago.
During BLACK HISTORY MONTH too 🤦🏾♂️
Facts!!!!!!!!
Crazy that this is just lenarr’s video but worse 😭
I don't drink, but this was genius to make a hold commercial with this legendary tune
They copied this from a RUclipsr named Lenarr young and didn't even give him credit, an he did it better
@@KLtheCustard damn....I believe it

I absolutely love this commercial!! I don't care that it's Bud Light, all I care is that it made me laugh and smile!! Sooo relatable!!!! Thank you!!

Haha, they are paying a room full of people to comment across social media like that will pursued us. No.
Thank you for introducing me to Yuengling. I may have never tried it if you guys didn't go full mental.
This just made me smile and giggle the whole time 😊
Miles Teller put a smile on my face. I had no idea the woman in the commercial was his wife.
Yup! Mrs Miles Teller (Rooster) - Keleigh 🥳
And their dog 😂
I don't know Miles Teller, but if she is his wife he is a lucky man. She is the most beautiful woman I think I have ever seen.
@@Taterwheel lol same
@@Taterwheelsimp it ain’t for his looks he’s ugly. It’s cause he’s a connected member of the elites who run Hollywood 😂
What makes this commercial so good is that you can tell they're a real couple. No cheesy acting. Genuine and very cute. Keleigh Sperry is a babe!
Facts my bro 🙏🏻💯
I've been drinking Bud Light for over 30 years. In the past month I've bought 4 cases of Miller Lite. I'm done Bud Light...... never again in my house or on my boat.
This ain't a Bud Light commercial. This is a Cisco Systems CallManager banger!
Anheiser Busch...you just NAILED IT!!
Havent had a Bud Light in years but im having one this weekend to show my appreciation for the laugh.
this is great! love that couple.
Man, he can dance. It's funny because he was actually in the Footloose remake.
And he dances his ass off in the small cameo he makes in the "Project X" movie.
Much prefer this over the, uh, more recent campaigns.
With a commercial like this you don´t even need the Mulvaney girl.
PSA YALL: THIS COMMERCIAL IDEA WAS STOLEN FROM A RUclipsR. This was not their own original idea. Search up “Lennarr Young when you get put on hold”. Like, Bud Light even stole the same “hold” music that was in this RUclipsrs video. And he made it like 3 years ago. Y’all should spread the awareness so they get what they deserve!!!
While not for the same reasons..... they are definitely getting what they deserve right now.
This is funny to me. I’m in a call center and that is our signature hold music 😂
Wow, my boy lenar young did this years ago. Give the man hood credit

Bud light is sinking faster than the Titanic. And the people are loving every minute of it.

They really stealing out here 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Lenarr Young
Message: be patient, enjoy life, don't get annoyed! I love it.
Life is what you make it.
The message is: drink during the day when responsibility is too overwhelming. if you have to drink to pay bills your ridiculous.
Did Lenarr dirty 🤦🏾♂️
This was good advertising. It's fun and innocent, and does not try to push political propaganda and ESG drivel down wide audience's throats, ignoring the product and the customer.
Stop making our men look like weaklings. You got that

After watching Super Bowl 57 had to come here to watch this AWESOME Commercial. I think many of us has been there "Waiting for over an hour by customer service 🤔." Very creative. Bud Light knocked this one out of the ballpark 👍👍
Wonder how these two feel about being connected to bud light now.😂😂
😅😅😅😅 Well..
I have to wonder how some of these other commenters are feeling about bud light now.
You can sure tell the butthurt ones. Pun intended.
They're most likely not huge freaks and dorks and they mind their own business. So they don't care
At least they can say they were the last people to represent the majority of Bud Light drinkers before the retard they hired torched their bottom line.
You are so close, now, Anheuser-Busch...
Here's how you get us back:
1) Real apology. Straight out admit you fuct up. Say you're sorry.
2) Openly recognize that men and women are different. Say that men can't really be women.
3) Denounce transgenderism of any kind, point blank with no exception.
4) Ask for forgiveness.
It's really that easy. Your move.

You dont seriously think, some stranger will be interested for someone they never met?
Wow… I haven’t loved a Super Bowl commercial in a while. This one is genius. This commercial hit like a good comedy bit… it was so relatable… I’VE HAD THIS EXACT EXPERIENCE. I was on hold, AND THIS EXACT SONG CAMEON… and I remember saying “THIS SONG IS COOKING!!!!” Such an obscure experience I had, and loved they made it a commercial. It was very “Seinfeldian” 😊
it’s not genius it was copied from lenarr lmao
@@xotwod5129 The song is so obviously good, and being on hold it’s not like only one person would have thought of that. It’s not that unique of an idea… it was just executed well.
Nope they stole it Lmao wasn’t executed well at they loyalty stole the entire idea from the song to dancing while being on wait they just hired famous actors lol it’s crazy how shit like this happens and people praise it but don’t give the same praise to the original
@@Upassmexican I’ve seen a bunch of stuff using the song, to podcasts on NPR, to Multiple skits spoofs. It’s not that original of an idea, but it was executed well. And a lot of the other skits weren’t executed well at all.
@@Upassmexican Lmfao I love how you guys think this idea is super unique. Its really not, and heads up lenarrs video sucks and i turned it off after 45 seconds. This commerical is done way better

This is a great ad. Better by MILES than the new one
give Lenarr his credit😤
lenarr good and all but he didnt put this song on our map. He put it on yours though
I think they nailed it with that on hold music. Why does every business seem to use that same music? I can’t find the answer anywhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if you call Anheuser-Busch and get put on hold, that’s what you would hear!
but why all business use this music I have triggers every time im on hold! really!
@@AndrewKoper Makes sense. Thanks!
