Amazing work Ken. I spent my summers as a teenager at my family's property in buchanan Tennessee , just off Kentucky lake. When I wasnt playing with horses, this is exactly what I did. Nothing describes the thetapy you get from playing with the earth. It does wonders for the mind body and soul. This reminds me I need to get back too it. What you have done is very impressive. Especially considering the time you did it in. This is obviously your first passion, not motorcycles. It seems too me anyway. Thanks for sharing.

Didn't realise how big the compound was, the area with the oak trees and grove is lovely. Can imagine its mentally and spiritually healing out there I know I find being amongst nature a great way to deal with stress and to reset the mind. Just imagine driving through your beautiful entryway with the view of this mansion on this property, imagine how amazing that would look!
I loved camping with my Uncle, Parents, and Grandparents as a Kid, where we also rode dirt bikes. As a 48 year old, I think it would be alot of fun to sleep in a tent at night, on those grounds, as long as there wouldn't be any wildlife I would have to worry about. Lol
we got those same damn things in our pond. you know, one year, we went and pulled everyone out, roots and all. you want to guess what happened a few months later? yeah I didn't get it either. they just keep coming back🤔💯

Not many ppl and putt around their property in an F350 dually. To me if you can take your truck and drive around it that's something. Then again not many ppl can park one in their driveway

Beech trees are sadly dying from a lethal disease called Beech Leaf Disease caused by a non-native nematode first detected in 2012 in lake county Ohio. Now spreading throughout New England ☹️. Infected trees will have noticeable stripping/banding on the leaves that turn thick leathery and fall off prematurely.
he need clip on mic or camera guy need to get closer to him so i can hear him . i had my mic yup to 100% still couldn't hear him when he was talking about his trees at 17:00 to 26:00 but still was a great video
