Poor Aloth,,,,,everyone like the Iselmyr better.... I just really like Durance, all his cynical moments complements his moment of weakness, unfortunately only with certain dialogues with the watcher. Characters in Poe follow a strict code of their own, entirely the result of their environment. Durance's life is changed by a certain action he condone, but he lived through what has drove many crazy and became what he is today. We can pity him, we can question him, but we can fault him entirely for his ways

they can't see her.. Not sure if she's a ghost or what but only the watcher can see or hear her.
They can see her, but her presence is too weak for them to notice because she's casting a spell that make her look like a commoner not worth noticing.
She's essentially got an aura of "these aren't the droids you are looking for."
