The lady who lives downstairs is mentally ill so she shouts all day long i live on rent in her home her shouting is affecting my peace n mental health but I can't makea complaint or else she will kick me out of house , i can't afford to shift rn because my house is being built near this neighborhood n i need to keep a look at the construction, whst should i do m just disturb to the limit!!!
I live in an apartment building and my upstairs neighbors are always banging around, even in the middle of the night it sounds like a bunch of elephants walking around. I tried to talking to them on multiple occasions but the last time they were kind of rude and dismissive to me. So at this point what should I do?
If you've already spoken with the noisy neighbours with no success, the next step would be involving the landlord or property manager of the building. It helps if you can keep a log of the disturbances over a couple of weeks, including the times they occur.
