I heard got2b is good for edges. However, with any strong hold product breakage could happen if the hair is over-manipulated in a dry state. With that being said, I would say just make sure to keep your edge moisturized and don’t restyle them when they are dry. 💙

I used to have hair down the middle of my back when I straightened it, but I had a sort of “big chop” before I went natural, I had it cut to a Bob so just above my shoulders. And I remember the change in my wash routine. It was easier to wash and condition and detangle, but it was also easier for my scalp to get dirty and have build up as there isn’t a lot of hair to protect it. So I think cowashing during the week is good, but would definitely recommend to clarify once a week or every other week. But great results!! I can see how happy you are with your hair! 😊⭐️

If it have my super coarse kinks looking fly and popping, you probably enjoy it also! the Camille Rose Curl Maker didn't really hold my hair (could be because it's 95 degree weather now, so I might try it again when it cools down some). Haven't tried the Aunt Jackie's gel out, but I might give it a go bc I love their products also!

I also have a curly pixie. I wash my hair once or twice a week at most, usually once. I deep condition each time. Just some little tips with short hair the less product on wash day the better and I use my refreshing spray in my misting bottle. Spray do my makeup and then add a little styling product. Thats why not too heavy on wash day less build means it can last longer.

I started using bounce curls in March and is my new holy grail cream! I don’t need a gel with it because I think it has hold but I do use a light leave in.

That spray does have some alcohols and is hardening to the fact that it will break off when manipulating even if it just happens through natural movement. And it flakes and hardens. I love Murray’s edgewax! It holds and isn’t too oily. Some edge controls; design essentials, cream of nature, and influance, make my forehead breakout!

So cute 😍😍😍. I use the Creme of Nature Snot when I want my edges to last days. I've never used the Got2Be, but the Snot really holds for days despite the humidity I see everyday in Miami
Oh and I layer it on top of the Curls Blueberry paste. The paste provides no hold after 5 minutes because of humidity, but the moisture and swoop-age (initial hold) is phenomenal.
