Hello. Thanks for sharing. I am your fans. How much is this toy selling in HK. Its looks like an enhanced version of the AnovaPrecisionOven. I was using the stick for quite some time, thus, following your recipe and ideas. I do own an AnovaPrecisionOven 110V model in my NY residence when it came onto US market, and finally it came in 220V and put one in AU as we were lockdowned in AU. My understanding is that Electrolux took over Anova. Again, thanks for showing and sharing. Andrew.

通常蒸焗爐蒸嘅功能容易壞。用probe有時插得唔夠正,或者肉太薄,又或者連骨部分唔夠熟,所以都要講技巧. Steam clean 通常都勁曬電,因爲要開好幾個鐘. 咁多電子野,最緊要買長啲保養.
我上一個用咗2年都未有事。插 probe 都只係參考用所以我 ok lol
本人用緊呢隻牌子焗爐，有一朝早冇焗嘢之下無緣無故爆裂，成地都係玻璃。當時是保養期間，但其公司職員說玻璃門冇得保養，要自付千幾元替換，冇得選擇之下只可以照付，感到十分唔抵。
焗爐收貨時要注意有冇玻璃崩花，因為璃璃瑕疵係會影響使用安全，所有牌子都唔會對焗爐玻璃門提供保養，所以收貨收樓時是保護膜撕開一刻就要上報，否則就當人為／當然要自費維修啦！
