Not gonna lie, this game is already amongst my favorites.
It has all the good parts of many other succesful FPS games, the feel of the gameplay is so fluid yet crunchy.
It just ticks all the boxes for me.
125+ hours and I'm still not getting bored of it.
...now i just need friends to play it with... R.i.p

Being a guy that played hundreds of hours in Battlefield 3, and 4 back in the 2010s, 'The Finals' FEELS like a proper og DICE shooter.
Then I found out that it was ACTUALLY created by ex-DICE employees 😮
I'm with ya bud. Happy to see these guys getting the respect they deserve on the heals of the worst battlefield game ever made. But EA definitely knows what the consumer wants! 😂

People keep telling me im going to get bored of The Finals and its just all hype. Im chilling at 225+ hours now and still having a blast, can someone please tell me when im supposed to start getting bored? 😂
225?! I got highest rank every beta so far except for this one and I've only played it as my main game the whole duration of the betas and I got about 140 hours. What's your name cus I'm calling 🧢 because that would be 28 days of playing it 8 hours a day which is a bit long considering the game has only had betas over the total duration of 4 weeks and 3 days
The 2042 fanboys on Reddit downvoted me into oblivion for saying that The Finals feels more like Battlefield than that garbage. I am having a blast playing this game! I cannot say the same about 2042.
@RedcubeYT Ya i played CB1, CB2, and now the open beta. The only thing i missed was the first alpha in 2022. 140 across 3 betas is alot but I played 108 in CB2 alone. 16 hours a day will get you there easily. You vastly underestimate how much I game 😂 the quickest ive ever put in a game is 2000 hours in 5 months on Warframe.

Pistol isn’t op the mp5 and lf1 are actually better (light is actually the worst class right now) but the flamethrower is a little too op for sure.
@@westonb.9 pistol is waaay better than any other light gun. You can take out two players with one mag
@@JakeEatNowlmao you can take out a whole team with a single mag almost if they run double light. Its so broken.
Flamethrower is not too bad. It has like a 5 meter range, just run lol. I outplay flames pretty easy.

This beta is surprisingly well optimized even for my potato PC
The graphics settings are odd tho.
I have a RTX gpu when it put the settings in epic nothing looks shiny and raytraced. When I switch to high it looks way better and all shiny and all the reflections look amazing.
I think they accidentally made high settings epic and vice versa
I seriously hope they add some more modes or tweak the current ones. Tournament is the only mode worth playing but the gameplay is so good, really hope they don’t get lazy and do a full release with the same two game modes.
The Finals are soooo soooooooooo goooood! I'm addicted to this game...
The potential party modes and modifiers in this sandbox plus the competitive modes makes this game a full package

After winning my first tournament i was so hyped i moved into ranked and won my second attempt! Haven't felt a rush like this since OW first launched 😊

13 years ago, some of the same devs, extended the release of bfbc2 demo...it was the hottest thing out at the time, everyone and their mother were playing it.
That pistol is ridiculously OP. More powerful than an AK. Okay. Brilliant game though.
Haven’t had any problems with the pistol yet 🤷🏽♂️ mfs can’t hit there shots with it on xbox, I can see it being a problem on M&K though.
The shotguns in this game either delete them instantly or just straight up no reg its weird

I'm in my college flat rn playing on my crappy laptop while connected to my gaming PC through Parsec and even in 720p 30fps (and with a mouse whose right click is broken so I'm aiming with a lateral button) I'm really enjoying this game. Can't wait to try it back home at 144fps

It's like a mix of radical heights and hyper scape. And those 2 are my fave BR type games of all time.

This game sucks at optimization, I got an 3080 and it's running at 120fps, everything low, fps drops depending on the map. Like wtf? My game looks like dogshit already and I'm still getting drops?
