You are doing a good job but your sub- floor needs support underneath.
Not really. The houses in Vietnam are built above ground to allow rain water to flow through. They have less furniture and stuff on the floor, which makes less weight on it. Then again, he does have cross braces under the floor boards. Most homes have just dirt floors, which are easily kept clean with a broom. Once the dirt is compacted firmly, it is cleaner than a wooden floor. I miss the larger farm.
