It is good that Dan made the distinction of starting a business with no capital where you have lots to learn about everything verses where you already generated a customer base and have cash to invest in team people to get the job done etc. Yes at second stage, changes could be made which would free up time etc.

Awesome! Trying to get away from doing everything myself and finally started delegating stuff!
Edit (3 months later):
In the last quarter I delegated a lot of things which are not part of my unique ability: content, SEO, website stuff, video editing, design... feels so good to have more time for more strategic focus work.
PS:
I have been going through much of the material on the channel, the ebooks, pdfs etc. but always come back to this video here.
