I love milk. I grew up and later worked on dairy farms and drank raw milk. Never a problem then I moved to Canada and had to buy store milk. Big problem! Got my own cow and goats, raw milk problem gone.
You may be genetically able to digest milk. Most people can’t. I was allergic to alfalfa and the goats were being feed alfalfa. It made me very sick, but I can eat cheese and yogurt.
The problem with milk is nothing until the process of making it marketable. Raw milk helps immune system and so much more. Lactose intolerance comes from the things added to the milk. Julie is correct.

Animal milk are designed for their babies ONLY. Not for human consumption. Human have consumed their own designed milk during babies stage which is Mother’s milk.
I wish I could get rid of the background "music." It's an irritating repetitive noise which makes it hard to hear the information presented.

Snuff is a powdered form of tobacco that you snort up your nose. Used in 1800's
You can find those herbs in pretty much any health store these days. Even Amazon. Very common herbs to have in the house if you want to heal naturally. Worth getting.
Seriously snuff tobacco in the nose? I thought it was referring to the goldenseal snuff as a fine powder inhaled up the nose.

Dr Barbara, my question is do you know of any natural herbs for uti and bed wetting? We visited in- laws in Mexico one summer a couple of days later I had a uti my mother went out for about 5 min came back with two herbs. One was Comomille and another. She made me two cups of tea one to drink the other she used a face towel drenched it with the remaining and applied to my abdomen. Next day I woke up with no pain no bleeding no fever. The herb was very bitter she mixed camomile to soften the flavor. Not only did it cure my uti but also my bed wetting I had suffered since I was a child went away. It’s been about ten years my bed wetting is back. I would like to know if you might have any idea wut herb she used…please

@@lindaford8456 You may want to go back and listen again. She said "goldenseal snuff". That is just goldenseal powder pinched between your thumb and finger and sniff it up your nose. I hope this helps.

Yes. Foryself ni put just a dab of powder I mean fine dab. Then snif it. It's got cayeene peeper evhnechia. Abd so much more but it must be a small amount !!! I use a nettie lot first then the snuff to really do the sinuses good.

Honestly I wish I had a mom this smart. I got so sick because of this and I just started learning this in my 40's. Almost died my immune system crashed so hard and parisites started flooding in. What people don't tell you? Is these allergies to food longterm can make you so sick it can kill you. You have the choice to quit the foods or die longterm.

Which tells her it's ok to think of me as dead. I could go on bawhaha. When I give a compliment to a mother. It's because she deserves it. I'm a mother myself, and I wouldn't let my own mom near my son. But yes,, she tried her best with the lack of mentality and understanding on how to be human lol. She was born and bread an animal. To this day I can take on anyone. Mentality. Because of what she did to me. I'm greatful 😘

Although I like Barbara O'Neill presentations, she did not get to the root of the problem. All allergies and skin problems stem from a clogged liver. Just cleanse your liver and keep it clean and your allergies and skin problems will go away. The best diet to stay clean is a predominantly fruitarian diet. The one that God gave Adam and Eve before sin.
