Say what you want, this movie inspired modern Indians to talk about AI. Being a CS student who is specializing in Big Data and AI, some concepts shown during Chitti's production are nearly accurate like adding data like RUclips videos etc since in a ML program, Data Scientists add tons of data to train the program so that it's accuracy can increase. Chitti doing silly mistakes is also correct since Chitti is still an infant AI who needs to understand human colloquium when they use language because unlike in a programming language, where each keyword has singular meaning, humans use same words to mean multiple things. For example, the word "sex" refers to both the act of intercourse and the biological identity of a person. So, yeah, the movie went way of control still, it inspired people like me to learn AI.
I say movies like these are quite rare in Indian cinema. Indian cinema should make some logic based sci-fis to inspire creativity among Indians.
