I was mining Raptorium when it was worth not even a penny. I mined a serious amount and when it reached .08, my eyes dropped out of my sockets. It's not what the coin is worth while you are mining, what counts for me is mining a boat load of coins for when it does spike in price, then you are laughing! I hope it drops below a penny so all the FOMO's stop mining and return to mining other coins, then I can stack even more....
Just for having some thinking, that algorithm which is used in Raptoreum, is called Ghost rider (GR) and the hashrates fluctuating with it are because GR is combined of multiple algorithms which are run in some random-feeling order. If you wonder why so, you can find many articles about CPU, GPU and ASIC mining, and why RTM wants to keep their algorithm such that keeps it to CPU mining.
I hear you. Not how I run the channel though. I like displaying my "journey" because if I am wondering, surely thousands of people are wondering it as well. It's more for educational purposes and sharing the journey.
@@DjMines The details of mining might feel boring thing to learn, but I am pretty sure once you get good touch for the reasons why mining is done, you will find it actually interesting. Just a thought, channel is nice I hope you can keep it educational.
Wrong CPU, wrong pool. You should be using a 3900x or a 5900x. For me 011data pool was good a few weeks ago but now not so much. I'm getting 3 times the payout on my CPU's on flockpool. BTW, thank you for your service, I've been out almost 28 years.
Been thinking about going back to flockpool, I switched to 011data after rabidminer's video, but now I just feel that I'm not making the same as when I switched, also I left flockpool as a backup in the config of the miner, seems like 011data pool disconnects once in a while bcs I'm getting some coins
Aye bro, can i pay you to help me personally set my mining rig and ask you some questions! When i drop some crypto news on my channel ill tag you as well
Don't forget to factor in the mainboard, psu, ram costs as well if you had to buy those! I always suggest in my videeos that if you need a new system then look at these Ryzen CPUs to get an additional kick from mining as well, but not purely just for mining. Great work on the channel keep it up, I have subbed! 😉
Hi, can you tell me how I can see that overview of my worker on 4:35 min on your video? Because till now I don't get a payment and I am not sure If I done everything right. Thx
Hi, I mine on Simpleming / ethermine, with rtx 3080-3090 ... can you tell me on average, with Ryzen, the income / day.? I would like to build another Rig. thank you
i was mining on 011data but i was not getting the same amount of RTM as using the other pools for some reason, as soon as I switched my RTM jumped up quite a bit!
I have a ryzen 9 5900x and makes about $2/ day. I have the same exact board. For a $600 investment is not bad. The new 3060 lhr makes $2 or a little less.
@@gwnm1776 doesn't fit. on the motherboard it's 4 pin. the adapter with this cooler is 3 but the spacing seems to be off. Have you gotten this exact combo working?
@@DjMines hey, you'll need something like this to plug your 3-pin connector into a 4-pin header. A quick look over a couple pics of your MOBO, looks like it doesn't have any 3-pin headers at all. Hope this helps ruclips.net/video/2LTeGUsu0uc/видео.html
the 5000 and 3000 name is for the generational family. intel has been doing it for about 10 years because it works so amd is just copying an already well known system for the cpu side of things.
You don't know, and you don't remember and many times over and over? The first thing you should improve are those couple things, start knowing things and start remembering things, they both help you be more succesful and achieve what you want? It's nice you find yourself new hobby, just pay more attention to details, since the devil is there.
@@DjMines What I am saying, your questions and uncertainty would be solved easily if you just educate yourself about mining just a bit more. There are reasons why things are like they are, also with RTM and with it's algorithm. There is another comment from me, read it through and use couple evenings why those algorithms are used in the way they are used. ASIC is BTC thing, and many other coins try to avoid letting their coin to be ASIC minable coin, you can find easily why, keywords are like centralization and decentralization and all that fun stuff.
I lol,d so hard on the HOA part. Good stuff mate
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yea look at the “Threads” when your buying a CPU for mining. The profitably is down that’s why looks so low compared to the other day ❤️
All good. It's enjoyable either way :) thanks for stopping by homie

Happy for you AG :)
A few months later, it's almost under 0.01$. How has your coin collecting changed?

Ive been meaning to try going back to flock pool, i cant seem to tell which is more profit. 011data double paid me last payout so i guess Ill see.

GR algo jumps all over. It takes quite a while to stabilize. Have fun with the new build!
Nice, putting my 5800x computer together as I watched this !
Still profitable yes! but the hashrate needs to meet the growth of price or else profitability will slow down until it does.

Heck yeah DJ! Im thinking of switching pools, 011data is barely paying out unfortunately (or so it seems).
Ryzen name schemes: Ryzen 3, 5, 7, 9; just like Intel i3, i5, i7, i9 for all generation or like BMW 3, 5, 7 series.
Or like magnum 357
DID YOU SAY BMW!? my attention was drawn 😂
I was about the say the same thing
Mercedes C, E, S Class
The 9er BMW really will go insane in bad design and heavy price!😁

Yeah thats true. Fair enough
How do I mine with that Pool? Can you make a video since that website doesn’t have a How to?
Honestly you should see my new video. I am probably going to switch pools
Welcome to the world of CPU mining! The RGB connector for your cooler lights is about 1 inch in from the audio jacks on the back of the MB.
On the back ?! Like underneath ?!

I just did the math prior ordering a 5900x or 5950x - "Ehm, no thanks just give me a GPU" 🤷🏻♂️

That cooler has ARGB lights and your mainboard doesn't support that, i have the same system and it's max temp is 64C.
Answer to your question is NO it's not, but will we stop mining it NO we wont.
The 5800x has 8 core and 16 threads.

Only mine if you already have a ryzen 9 rig. Dont go out buy stuff cuz it ain't worth it imo

a dollar ??? only a dollar????
Buying a brandnew Ryzen plus Mainboard and RAM for minimg, probably never will pay off.
