It’s so interesting to see such a giant corporation (Massey Ferguson) outsource their manufacturing/machining to somewhere like this. You’d expect it to be some large industrial factory with automatic CNC machines but this is old school hand machining at its finest! It also goes to show you that you don’t necessarily need the newest latest version machinery to do good work, you need SKILL. These guys know what they’re doing and they do a fine job at it. My hats off to them. I love these old machines, I have a 1926 South Bend lathe.
If you actually think that MF is outsourcing to these guys, I have a bridge to sell ya.
I disagree, Corp always outsource because their labor is cheap. Our plant shutdown in USA because it's cheaper to pay Mexicans or even these guys. Our products were higher quality but Corp only care about themselves
I don't think these are made by Massey Ferguson. I expect that they are domestic after market parts.
Cheap replacements. They're not bad by any means, but they're also not a technically complicated part. Kind of like a replacement door. It had to work.
:( Poor old guy thinks this is actually a factory.
14:46 Love how he cuts radius using only the control wheels. No fancy tooling or measuring devices, just raw talent.
Impressive. These guys work for a living, and they do it well.
Yeah throw everything in the dirt, great quality control.
Awww, come on....didn't you know that FORD when they were making V8 blocks (in the 70's) after the pour the covered the blocks with sand for seasoning? They turned green, hence the words of having green blocks. They just copied that by throwing them on the ground (i think it's clay). I'm impressed....LOL
14:33 He is literally the real "CARpenter".
Pakistan: Bringing new meaning to CNC. machining.

I love watching and learning how things are made in Pakistan.
Great job guys. Made from a piece of scrap. Wow.
I finally found workers wearing shoes.
Amazing skill
Finally a decent tool post and cutters with inserts, RUclipss paying off.
Good job
Floor dirt adds to the composition strength, why are some workers wearing protective gear? Im glad they use digital calipers and a scale to match. I want this installed in my tractor so i can replace it next week and continue to provide work for these souls.. I cannot stress the floor dirt adds to the durability of this fine craftsmanship.
Aww come on, not once did I see them violate the 5 second rule! Im glad they know the metallurgical properties of all the scrap steel theyre using too. BUT I will give them props for doing the best job with what they have. Most of us would just walk out.
@@coupebuilder Realistically, they are using high-tensile steel. Either anchor chain links or bits of drive shaft, both of which should be just fine for this application. Floor dirt or roof dirt or dirt in the air blowing by has absolutely no effect on a part like this, as long as you don't let it rust in a swamp for five years. These parts are still shiny when they are done, so we can be pretty sure there was no swamp stay involved in the making process.
I generally shake my head at a lot of these videos, but I have to say that in this case they seem to have done everything right, and the part should work just fine.
C hướng dẫn e và mn bài Một năm mới bình an- Sơn Tùng M-TP đi ạ. Mong c ra vid để e còn tập kịp ạ😅 !!!!
This is the exact opposite of what I was expecting the factory to look like.
Wonder what size Massey tractor those axles are for, looks close to my L3400 Kubota. From the amount of work that goes into axle making, no wonder a replacement cost $600.00......
Most of that 600 bucks is manufacture and dealer markups. The actual laborers get paid very little. Wages in Pakistan are very low.
they dont use oil, they use water to keep things cool. not sure how it all doesnt rust but it works.
Look at the hub in the last shot - its covered in light surface rust !
Must be a lot of these break or made for other tractors, can’t be that many people want a Massy Ferguson.
If MF uses them it is probably on tractors made in China or Brazil for markets in SE Asia and South America. MF makes tractors in these countries and the USA and France.
Great work 👌👌👍👍
Kruk as untuk balap ada gak
Why this country poor? The hero is Born here. Only government is the main stupid.
Throwing the parts after every step in the dirt must be secret of pakistani quality.
Quality is very rare commodity in Pak. That's why it's a third world country and will stay like this.
Very nice video very nice video .
Masterpiece team works....
Never seen a spline cut so fast and their not even using cutting oil 😂 love to see the CMM report for this part
Here's why, These men work twice as hard to provide a equal if not better product and are happy to do it for less money so they can feed their families.❤️🙏👍
Thanks for sharing the video🔥🇲🇾
No idea what the composition of the material is, hence no heat treatment at the end. Won't last long that's for sure.
That's the biggest problem with ethics in Pakistan. They don't care what happens afterwards.
Why do you throw the parts in the dirt? So they can spray dirt on your lathe beds and wear them out faster?
hi

I seriously thought I was having a stroke trying to read that fucking title! Jesus christ!!!

It was interesting to see the manufacturing technology

Good job👍👍👍
Well, here’s one place you don’t go around barefooted because of the metal shavings.
Too many single steps in machine changing could affect accuracy.
Poor tools, no lubricant in sight.
İş güvenliği 0. İnsan ucuz, madde cooooook değerli.
respect my friend
Wow, this is why they can sell stuff so much cheaper, they dont have to build and 10 million dollar building, and hire managers to make sure osha regs are followed. this is how we should be able to do things. the government complicates things to much to the point we cant compete with other countries.
Are you really that Ignorant ???
1 cnc machine with 1 operator could make in 1 day more at a higher precision than these guys could make in a month.
What’s tolerance on that half a thou ? Naw half an inch. Lol
Diperbaiki 😊Org Pakistan memang hebat...👍👍

My Dodge Challenger used to snap these weekly not a fun job to do
How were you driving it to snap axles weekly? It's really not a hard job to change an axle, but it's rather messy.
Poor tools, no lubricant in sight.
