Looks like a great little spot. I’ve never been to Evan’s Head. The sites look nice.
When you mentioned that your drone died, I hope this was only flat batteries & not plunged into the water.

Unfortunately it's not flat batteries. I think it's to do with the cooling fan. I am looking into seeing if it can be economically repaired. I was planning on replacing it later this year with the DJI mini pro 4 anyway. I'm looking forward to your next weekend getaway. Safe Travels.

Thanks Mark. Ive got the DJI Mini 3 and absolutely love it. We may have had this conversation before but I love the "Plus Batteries" with 47 minutes of fly time and I love the inbuilt screen in the remote controller. No more need of connecting the mobile phone too. I think the m ini 4 is the one to get now.
