Sir if the candidate do not have adhar card than what should she do?
As we have the option wheather candidate has adhar card or not..Than it means that if the candidate do not even have adhar card still they can apply for it... Then can we enter candidate's parent's adhar linked mobile number for otp verification?

For minor u can use the phone number linked with yr parents aadhar card, if u don't have the card.
But try to make it as soon as possible after applying. Because aadhar is a most important doc
