Hard facts! Mostly failed nikamay log CSS ki trf jatay hein. They study/Ratta real hard to pass that exam, and once they do, they basically do nothing for the rest of their lives and become a fat burden on the populace. They can't survive a day in the real corporate sector with real consequences.
Sir CSS ka ek criteia he . Standard he, koi bhi muh utha clear nhi Krskta. Toppers bhi fail hojate he. Masters, MBBS bhi fail hojate.
So, the thing is, the hard work and consistency pay off.
Study to koi bhi krleta he. Pr study ko polish yeh competitive exams krte he.

Ap Problems ka Rona Ro kar Jugaron ki trf Youth ko lagane k bajaye Real Solutions to the Problems ki trf laayen, Degrees bekar nhi, srf theoretical knowledge gain karna problematic hai, is issue ko thek karne k bajaye ap us cheez se hi inkari aur baaghi bana rahe hain. Kisi cheez me idare me system me masla hai, to use thek karne ki trf laaayen, us cheez idare ya system k boycott ki trf na le jayen. Pakistan me Higher Education us standard ki nahi hai to use achha banane ka sochna chahiye, Degrees ka Unis ka hi boycott kar dena masle ka hal nahi. I passed all the papers without studying. I applied in October 2013, took the exam in February 2014, and didn’t join. I realized it’s an outdated and pathetic system where D, E, and F-grade individuals apply. It’s also for people who’ve lost all hope, feel they can’t achieve anything or are unwilling to take risks.
I didn’t want to join a system filled with materialistic, narrow-minded zombies. Now, I advise people to focus on developing skills and pursuing business instead. Greedy losers are the ones who go for government jobs. For all future aspirants don't waste your time, focus on skills and excel. Yeh nokri nae ghulami hai, its continuation of British clonidine. See what police and these so-called officers are being forced to do these days. They will do as they are mindless zombies who prefer Money and perks over human lives. Gov jobs should be there don't get me wrong, but without job security and no perks.
Can you also share your results? Because I doubt all your statements.

You can't blame CSS exam ,every country has Competitive exams like CSS .At least from CSS the pick and choose culture is very much controlled ,other vise there will be millions of applications for one seat and that seat will also occupy by family member or friend of former employ .Yes there are some flaws but you can't say this is useless .

They are worked up because of unnecessary pressure. Css is not great but don't compare it with such companies where there is lot of pressure and difficult for a sane mind to function.
Pakistan post also has tracking system and they deliver quite fast as well to remote areas of Pakistan. Leopards and TCS cannot deliver to remote areas especially low tier cities.
Stop misguiding people, you people should read the question paper of CSS exams.
It is totally analytical reasoning based which students don't even study untill PhD degree.
Graduation ; Doctor, engineers, lawyers , and all other graduates appear in CSS exams.

Sir you're very respectable you make good videos but i disagree with you on some points. CSP's are civil servants, they are answerable to public and because of few black sheeps the whole institution is judged in a bad way and words.

You are right but you are missing out on one most important thing, brother. In Pakistan, most people go for the CSS because they fear injustice, they fear that one way or the other they or their loved ones might get pulled into the violence cycle and at that time they might not be in a position to protect themselves. Unfortunately, power is the harsh reality of Pakistan in Western countries if you are successful economically you are well respected but in Pakistan, if you have some power you are valued, respected, and applauded. I saw a sub-inspector who used to take bribes from the house of a Jageerdar beating the same Jageerdar with his shoe, that day I realized the true power of this so-called Islamic Jmbhurya. I saw a Sub-Inspector of Police pushing and insulting the former Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi disrespectfully, that day I realized the true power that is necessary to survive in this Jmbhoorya. I would urge our youth either you or someone in your close proximity to have the power to protect you and your family from this bloodthirsty system or it would be much better for you to leave Pakistan.

Not correct. CSP < 0.1% of the entire civil service. It's impossible that CSP itself is responsible. If so, tell me why Harvard, Oxford CSP graduates employable literally anywhere in the world are unable to fix FBR problems. Studies show that its the untrained rest of the 90% of bureacracy that benefits the most from status quo and resists any reforms. I agree with the incentive part which is correct but the relationship with poor administration is a complex problem, not just a simple correlation in Pakistani context.
