Are the employees of Trax and Leopards happy? They are worked up because of unnecessary pressure. Css is not great but don't compare it with such companies where there is lot of pressure and difficult for a sane mind to function. Pakistan post also has tracking system and they deliver quite fast as well to remote areas of Pakistan. Leopards and TCS cannot deliver to remote areas especially low tier cities.

I realized it’s an outdated and pathetic system where D, E, and F-grade individuals apply. It’s also for people who’ve lost all hope, feel they can’t achieve anything or are unwilling to take risks. I didn’t want to join a system filled with materialistic, narrow-minded zombies. Now, I advise people to focus on developing skills and pursuing business instead. Suggestion that initiate training institutes. Train the determined youth for free, then you can initiate firms to provide services at scale. Initially it's an investment of time. It will provide immense value in future. That's exactly what government doesn't want to do. It wants the people to leave the country, they provide no such opportunity to them therefore. I realized the trap and left the system. Germany realize this is where the potential lies, it provides stipend for students to learn at vocational schools. Not correct. CSP < 0.1% of the entire civil service. It's impossible that CSP itself is responsible. If so, tell me why Harvard, Oxford CSP graduates employable literally anywhere in the world are unable to fix FBR problems. Studies show that its the untrained rest of the 90% of bureacracy that benefits the most from status quo and resists any reforms. I agree with the incentive part which is correct but the relationship with poor administration is a complex problem, not just a simple correlation in Pakistani context.
