I love powdery fragrances and some of my favorites are Burberry Body edt and edp (edt better for Spring), Original Burberry Woman edp, Clean Reserve Radiant Nectar, Montblanc Signature, Givenchy Dahlia Divin Initialle , Oscar de la Renta Espirit and Bvlgari Splendida Iris D'or to name a few of my loves. I didn't add in any heavy hitters because I don't want that for Spring. You have given me a lovely list for some acquisitions. Thank you!!!!

You are so polished, elegant and soft, a real breath of fresh air! I have and adore most of these fragrances in my collection as I adore make-upey/powdery fragrances as well as Iris and Violet are my favorite notes in perfume. I would recommend that you also try; Bruma, Iris Prima, Iris Poudre, Splendiris and Violet Blond as well. They’re some of the BEST Iris and/or Violet perfumes I’ve smelled to date. ❤️

Thank you for the recommendations Leila. I have the Insolence edt it the bee bottle. I was hoping to find the original, but was not successful. I have grown to love the Burberry Rhythm, although at first I didn’t like it at all because it reminded me of laundry detergent. Now, I love it! Of course, Narciso’s poudre is at the top of my list!!
I always say that our hair and our nails are pretty much the only thing we can cut off and they grow back! We’re so lucky in that way, right? To me, you can pretty much rock any hairstyle! Bye for now….🙂

Tiffany & Co Intense is another classy powdery fragrance that is just beautiful and the longevity (especially on clothing) is impressive. It has an "arm's length" projection with a soft sillage. Perfection.

I'm not a lover of powdery scents but cheapy one change this a bit 😀and it's Jil Sander - Simply poudre - it smells like the liquid it's has - light baby pink- notes like rice, kashmir, heliotrope, vanilla. I wear it in bed and at spring, it's sweet on the skin and lasting on clothes 🥰

Thank you for your recommendations of Teint de neige and Al Haramain Junoon. I prefer Teint de neige it’s stronger lasts all day and more powdery. Junoon smells more like roses to my nose and it’s sweeter the scent also unfortunately doesn’t last it disappears faster.
I just ordered the bellisima intense. I love powdery fragrances as well. You had me at mention of my beloved lipstick on. 😂 thank you for the suggestion. Chanel no5 and the l’eau version take on a powdery quality on me which I love. I have brit rhythm which is a favorite of mine. I also feel like miss Dior 2017 has a powdery rose vibe.
I agree the chanel no5 l'eau and eau première smells just like baby powder when dried down on (my) skin. Even if I do not enjoy the top and middle notes🙃 I can't help myself wearing them just because of this heavenly baby powder scent.

Hello. Have you ever tried to layer Janoon with Carven Paris Mascate? Absolutely divine!!
Joop Homme is still in production. My husband wore it in high-school. I was sampling a different fragrance that reminded him of Joop Homme. I checked to see if it was still sold. It was, I picked up a 4.2 oz bottle for about $20. My husband still loves it. He wears Joop Homme often now. It is a very unisex fragrance. I like it and wear it occasionally too.

I thought I didn't like powdery perfumes but I have 2 from your list (Kenzo and Tiffany) and love them. They're white-button down shirt with popped collar type of fragrance for me. Another one that I own is Prada Infusion d'Iris. Mine comes in a frosted bottle and I got in 2015 I think. The new bottles are clear and maybe the perfume has been reformulated. So the Tiffany Intense is being discontinued? Maybe that's why I haven't been able to find it in our country.

I had old version of Insolence edp. I had to sold it as you can kill with the potency of this fragrance. It's extreme projection vise. I have edt in bee bottle and it's still a beast, but I can tolerate.
I ❤ powdery perfumes. A great powdery violet type fragrance is Trusardi My Way. Is so soft, well blended and my comfort scent! it’s also a “ cheapie”.

I have D&G Pour Femme, that was when i craved for sweet powdery, girly smell. I still love it. Manifesto by YSL is on my wish list, its not straight up powdery perfume, its green, vanilla but to my nose it has touch of powdery aspect to it and i like it a lot.
Many years ago my mom gifted me Manifesto and I used the whole bottle of it. Recently I gifted mom a bottle of Manifesto Intense and she uses it now 😊

You must try Aqua Incanta, from niche house Gritti, I think you will love it.
May I ask if you tried from Guerlain the flankers L'Istant Magique (they say it is even more powdery) and My Insolence? Also l'Houre Blue, and Lui (one time there was also a Liu?). Another Guerlain that it is powdery to me but in a sofisticated, oriental way is Guerlain Vol de Nuit; unfortunatelly rare to find, I have the body shimmering powder in the original bottle but in blue.
From the Narciso line, for me the white cube, now discontinued, was so elegantly powder in the opening. I too had and used Joop! Homme.
I am obsessed with powdery fragrances of all kind, and lived your raccomandation! A vintage gem, that I cannot find anymore, is Deci Dela from Nina Ricci, for me it was a little powdery. Aww..there are do many, help 😱
I always wanted to try or even risk and buy blindly L'Instant Magic but it was discontinued already. I have Mitsouko and I find it also powdery a bit, but more dusty. Other fragrances you mentioned are quite rare but I'd love to try them if I could find them.
I love powdery fragrances, but I'm madly in love with powdery-rice genre. My favorite in this category are Kenzo Amour and Replica Lipstick on.

Kenzo Amour was recently discontinued, you may want to stock up on it. I bought a 100ml from Jomashop recently for around $40.

‘Powdery’ is my absolute favourite ‘genre’ of perfumes. I remember I always used to like a certain smell, it’s a bit chalky, possibly rose like and like loose make up powder. I always loved that smell but I didn’t know it was a perfume note until years later. I’ve also always been a fan of Johnson baby powder, I use it when getting out of the shower. I’m still searching for the ultimate powder perfume, so some ones to try, particularly interested in teint de neige / Junoon and Mon Guerlain Intense. I like the original mon Guerlain but I don’t find that powdery. I find Chanel No 5 powdery in an old school ‘make up’ way. People say Shalimar is powdery, and although I love it, it’s more like insense powder to me and vanilla when it dries down. I have Guerlain Insolense EDP, I like it for the violets though, don’t find that so powdery. After it being on my wish list for a while, I have blind bought Narciso Poudre, I hope I’m going to like that one.
Yes, Narciso Poudre is a right choice! If you like "makeupy" powder then try Junoon or Teint de Nege. 🌷❤️🤗

I don't love powdery fragrances as much as I used to but some of my favourites include 2 old classics in LouLou, and Ombre Rose, as well as Musc Eternel by Mizensir and Cuir Cordoba by Keiko Mecheri. And I also enjoy Insolence. I have the old edt, as well as the edp in the bee bottle. 😊

Junoon Noir and Choco Violet by MANCERA are lovely powdery too
I love Junoon Noir. Choco Violet sounds nice. A few months ago, I bought a dupe of Carolina Herrera's Iris Empire from Dapper Fragrances. It was the most lipstick powdery scent I've smelled, with chocolate, and leather. I found it utterly seductive. Choco Violet sounds as if it could be similar.

You look stunning with short hair. You look stunning with long hair. If you shaved your head you'd still look stunning. I love Blumarine Belisima! Great value. I have L'Instant in the original bottle like yours (with back up). I have Insolence in the EDP in the bottle like yours only the glass is purple. Also Tiffany Intense, Mon Guerlain and Flower by Kenzo. I love them all. I love powdery scents. I also have Narciso Fleur which is very powdery and beautiful. I need to look into the others you suggested especially Janoon. It sounds beautiful. If you like budget, vintage, powdery fragrances Casmir comes to mind. Sadly the new formula is not as intoxicating as the past but it is still nice, powdery and lovely. I got an unboxed bottle for $16 and I wear it all the time. Thank you for a wonderful video. You have a gift for describing fragrance.

Today I bought Amaze Ajmal. Lovely. After that I saw in fragrantica it smells like fleur narcotique but much cheaper. Don't know if that's true but Amaze is lovely. I have Janoon and tend de neige. Smells absolutely similar.
