I agree that MM6 had great RMs, but I don't know, Wind Man's design just feels kinda off for me. My least favorite in MM6. As for Air Man, he's actually my favorite in MM2.

Windman is such a great design. As a kid I just thought he looked silly, but I grew to appreciate it later as I tried to draw my own characters for things. Capcom's design team was - is one of the best when it comes to making characters, even for something like Megaman everything is so clever. Look at the bowl on Windman's head for a helmet, that pony tail. It looks so silly until you see the Chinese inspiration in it all.

Darrow Nemecek-Gulack aye i'm Michael Leader, I designed wind man and won the Nintendo Power contest that got my name at the end of the game. back then I got a tiny tee shirt, some neon glow markers and a wind man wall clock. a copy of the game would have been better but it was still cool to get a character in the game.
