this game is awesome when everything clicks, good coms, good squad... but it cant be a horrible experience
100% on point. Its a love-hate relationship. Ive been commander where I built 6 garrisons and ALL but 1 squad built their own. (get annihilated) And ive commanded games where I dont even need to ask. But its still not the same game it used to be.
@@coltoncyr2283that’s sad to hear. I was hoping to still be able to enjoy it the way it’s properly supposed to be played. Not many games like this & I really wanted to. Shouldn’t have bought that rifle a few years back & shoulda gotten this haha
@@Catfish.Knudsen The community in the past 4-5 or so months has been a lot quieter recently. People used to have good comms and most people talked and had a laugh or whatever people would talk about but I almost never hear people talking anymore. Most squads are quiet and proximity chat is also usually quiet. I love the game but the community not talking or anything for the most part has just made it less enjoyable.
@@gabecollins5585 folks talking I feel does play a big role in it. Communication is key in real life as well so idk. Just sucks. Most games like this are PC only.

You almost have to “role play” on this game for it to “work” but man when it works... it’s a unique experience
You can role play but just using your mic and communicating with your squad and teammates is enough to get a lot of fun out of this game!
I just bought a Hell let Loose Server -> Schwenno's Niemandsland. It's German/English language. I would love some of you people to see there
New to the game on xbox, love playing it, got to admit not very good but learning the ropes slowly. Best shooter game i have played. So much more realistic than other games. Seems like the game changed a bit apparently when a new team came in but things look on the mend again? Thanks appreciate your work
Team17 had a rocky year since taking over development of the game but it is still very good. Hopefully they learned from their mistakes and they will have a much better 2024.
@1:01 the jeep has the markings on the lower left side of the bumper. It says that it belongs to the 7th Armored Div., 23rd Armored Infantry Battalion. Right side denotes that It belongs to Company C 15 is the specific vehicle number often associated with the order of march.
its not a camping game its how you would react if your life depended on it that,s what makes it more realistic than other pvp games like cod and battlefield it very hard to start with and ive had alot of problem with better players not wanting to explain to me what to do , they seem to forget the first times they played and were as bad as i was at one point , i try and help who ever i can when playing, the snow one in the forest still gets me all over the place hahaha trying to spot enemy but i try and rush this is my problem but you have to remember it is a team game and not cod... love it.

I have a hard time finding matches in America, most games are half full or just empty. Just bought the game a couple weeks ago and been disappointed with that, hopefully they update it soon so I can see what it’s like with full servers.
I presume you're on console? I don't have any issues finding loads of full servers on PC
Yeah I’m on series X. It says it’s crossplay, but I’m assuming it’s only with Xbox and PlayStation. Or maybe I’m just playing at the wrong time of day. I work on weekends so that’s probably my issue.
I’ve still gotten my support, rifleman, and machine gunner to level 3. Just feels slow to progress when the servers aren’t filling up.
Yeah crossplay is just between consoles not PC
There’s plenty of players typically the main issue is the matchmaking system for console is quite literally the worst matchmaking system I have ever experienced

game havent developed further cause its very unwelcoming to new players, so it wont grow much and havent grow much since 2 years ago. Full of +2000000 hours players exploiting every game glitch and mechanism blinded.

You are wrong, i play this game since 3 weeks and its perfect, yes at night after 1.30 or at 2am there is no players but its still ok, PS5 and Xbox players are together in cross play. No PC players, they play only PC. So PS and Xbox will have more player i think xd but good try hhh

Games very unwelcoming for new players, its rid of cult pllayers with 20000+ hours studying every mechanism of the game to exploit glitches to the maximum and playing everymap´blinded
That could be said about any game. Watch some RUclips tutorials, mess around in the practice range, don’t be afraid to tell your squad you’re a new player, they will hopefully give you advice on what to do!

Or maybe you're just frustrated because you tried the game and it was harder/different to many of the mainstream FPS games like COD or Battlefield. If you are patient and learn the game you will get better and you will get much more fun out it. I remember that I also sucked when I first started but once you get used to the way the game works it can be really enjoyable. @@davidmorgan2798
@IronHeartGamingYT No I love the idea of the game,ww2 is my favourite type of war games and the realistic aspect of it is amazing but when I shoot at someone and they start bouncing around is very unrealistic.

HLL actually sucks; he would have been killed outright long before he got anywhere near that tank. Not only that, but you never get to play the role you want online, if you did then everyone would be a sniper or an engineer, or a machine gunner
I would strongly disagree that this game “sucks”. By that is just my opinion 🙂
These are all reasons why HLL is fantastic.
thats the whole point of what makes this game better then other multiplayer FPS. Role play. Not everyone running around with automatic weapons and 20 snipers on each side. Even sniper squad have its purpose in this game. Im slowly getting used to it,played 20 years BF so its huge difference to adapt...but the atmosphere of WWII daaamn.
@@patrikmalory Do you have paid content in your game? I'm thinking HLL is like WarThunder, if you buy stuff your game play improves, if you don't it gets throttled down to unplayable levels.
