    Just a small correction in English...you "dissolve" the flour(semolina etc.) in water.....when you "melt" it is under heat, like cheese melt in the oven ;D

    Se le metti a bollire vengono più soffici? A me sembra che vengono più asciutti senza bollirli.
    Grazie per la ricetta, in questo periodo di quarantena dobbiamo trovare tempo per fare qualcosa LoL. Devo solo trovare le dose giuste per calcolarle in oz and cups LoL.

    Mine turned out good but inside was not crispy....soft inside.
    Should I cook longer after done at 200 degrees to make crispy on inside??

      Actually, you need some acid in dough to react with baker powder. Is it acid from tomato paste, vine, vinegar, or even lemon juice - it is not so important. So, you can try different for your taste. I think mashed kivi with sugar will be interesting addition to the base dough.

      mehmet zafer Aydin yes they can eat it they don’t taste at all about wine, even if is made with wine you don’t taste it at all

      @@vitoiacopelli During the 1950s, when I was a child, when we went to our neighborhood pizzeria as the oldest son I sat at the adult table and was served either small glass of wine or small mug of beer. How much times have changed!
