I bought a 2020 Secretlabs chairs and hate it. It is high quality but painful to sit in. First the seat is firm, very firm. The only thing worse is a wooden chair. My tailbone hurts sitting in it less than an hour. Second, it needs to be at least an inch shorter. My feet hang so my toes touch and their website puts me a couple inches taller than the minimum for this chair. I am 6 feet tall having an Titan XL should be a good fit. Then there is the height again which my desk has a pull out tray for my keyboard which is now in the way for the arm rests. This chair is all kinds of uncomfortable so I started a return on it to find out its really hard to disassemble it to ship it back. The piston is wedged into the leg base and won't come out. PLUS you have to pay shipping on the return which is a hefty price for a huge heavy box.
the MAGNET on the Pillow is not that strong as he says you cant throw it across the room and it actually falls if you move your backrest back and up fast.

Less than 1 year old chair, I already got the left armrest replace twice and the seat base replaced also. They replace it because of warranty, but I don't expect they'll replace it again. Has anyone had an issue with the NEO Hybrid Leatherette sticking to their skin? I don't like leather seats in cars because when I wear shorts they sort of stick to my skin if I'm there for a while, and I'm concerned this will have the same problem. All of my chairs previously have been fabric, so I'm not sure about making the switch, but I love the designs they have out for the NEO Hybrid Leatherette.
I know you mentioned the chair is comfortable. How did you find the actual seat cushion on the Leatherette version? I ask because I purchased the Titan Evo 2022 Superman Letherette chair which looks awesome. The one thing I found is the seat cushion is not what I expected there appears to be no give and really stiff. Almost like there is very little cushion, which I know is not the case. I would love to hear what you found.

I've been trying to find a new chair. I've tried the Karnox chair which is almost the same as the previous versions of Secret Lab. It kills my back. I've watched several reviews of different chairs. Some say get this Evo one, some say don't get a gaming chair but get an office chair instead. I'm more confused now than before I started looking.
I always tell people to avoid these racing style chairs as the bolsters on the backrest force the shoulders to roll forward which can cause issues over time. If you can, just go to a store and try out some chairs. You might find the perfect chair for your body. I’m looking for a chair also.
It will be the same across the other chairs just different sizes. I would say the backrest somewhat provides that feeling but the seat base is flat on all the sizes now which I think is way better. I would recommend following their size chart it’s pretty spot on.
Can you PLEASE shed light on the backrest lumbar support noise! Lots of reports including an email from secret labs talking about the lumbar support “crunching”. I have a preorder pending, after selling me 2020 but now I’m worried.
Never even noticed any noise honestly. Read the email yesterday, went to my chair right after and heard nothing. I also have the game of thrones, black and red 2022 version. If you got the leather version to me it honestly feels stiff. Maybe some break in time will be required. Padding is awsome all around. Ive been using costco gaming chairs but it broke during some unorthodox use me and my gf tryd on it. Probably won't recommend you do this with this chair either lol im 6'0 215 pounds

Indeed there is a backrest noise that’s quite noticeable if the lumbar support is pushed outward to its max setting. It’s like nylon rubbing on nylon under tension. Kinda a little annoying. I wish I could unzip the back and put some rubber grease in there. Would solve it immediately. Was hoping the issue was fixed but it’s not. Not a deal breaker but everything else about the chair is exceptional build quality just like my 2020 version.
I've had mine for about 4 months now, and it's definitely a good chair with a lot of availability in adjustments. However, I'm disappointed to say it isn't for my body type. The smallest size (S) is still way too big for anyone 5'5 and below. In fact, the lumbar settings don't even reach my back.
@@kylianthehylian Wait I know both of our comments are pretty old, but I did in fact find a way to manage. I actually adjusted my seat higher, and ended up using a pretty good food stool to manage, and I sit comfortably now.

Hate the chair. I got the xl im 2inch taller than its recommended and guess what my feet dangle and im not oddly shaped at all im 6'1.
