It’s actually much easier than you would think, but you have to be careful in how you render (play with) the image volume because you can make things ‘appear’ (falsely) and disappear! Practice on normal pelvis (take a 3D volume at the end of a normal scan and render it) and then when you’re good, you will be able to apply this in pathology too. Practice makes perfect. Good luck
