I became paralyzed back in September. In the first few months were hell, I was in so much pain all the time. After a few surgeries & countless hours of therapy doctors think I will walk again when they believed I would need assistance for the rest of my life. When I was in the dark I wanted to die. I cried myself to sleep on many days. I was going to go thru with Medical Assistance In Dying. I was questioning why me. I didn't have the greatest life. I just decided I'm done feeling sorry for myself. I'm done being normal. I'm going to walk again. I am here for a reason. I am going to do great things. The dark time you are going thru may seem like it will never past, but just like an actual day, its always darkest before the dawn. Make today the day you decide to make a change. Make today the day you start your journey to become great. I hope I can be a testimony to you to not give up, so that one day you can do the same for someone else. Never Quit. Never Give Up.
Just worked a 11 hour day out in the cold, setting a foundation for a house. Just to get home, take my boots off 20 minutes after, to warm up and hit a workout , outside in my homemade gym. I don’t want to but I did it. And I will keep this mindset

I am almost 3 months into my new job as a commercial plumber doing plumbing in all new buildings. Way easier on my body and more money in my bank account. No not the plumber all you guys think of. Try incorporating proper form with a deficit. Full scapular protraction at the top, a slow controlled eccentric into a decent rom deficit with a decent pause at the bottom. I guarantee it'll reduce the number of reps you can do by more than half. Much more bang for your buck.

@dwdveins Well form should be your #1 consideration. Especially if you're cranking out high repetitions daily. The mentality of whatever the human body is capable of is what leads to a body like Goggins in older age. Do you want wrecked shoulders and elbows? Probably not. I listen to Goggins daily for motivation and inspiration. But he himself even says to not do everything he does. Emphasize form and proper rest days. Going from 20 pushups to 1200 a day in the span of a few months is literally impossible without absolutely terrible form. Following my advice will save you from months of overuse injuries.

@@victorious.motivator even the editing softwares have DB. Its just decibal, its what the volume measure is. So level it, check the DB of the Song (instrumental) and then check the DB level of the audio, and i would suggest same level or audio a little lower or higher than song (instrumental). But because ur using different clips, the audios are always gonna be different levels prob. So u can us the compressor effect in audacity as well, it will level the audio. So theres not highs and lows etc. if it didnt level it that much, raise the ratio.(option on compressor) if u need help lmk

But because ur using different clips, the audios are always gonna be different levels prob. So u can us the compressor effect in audacity as well, it will level the audio. So theres not highs and lows etc. if it didnt level it that much, raise the ratio.(option on compressor) if u need help lmk
