Most can throw fast hands in a solid stance. What's important though is "footwork" and speed combined. Master this and you can set up and pick the shots you want.

In theory tank should be faster just because of that, less range of motion. But it’s obvious Ryan is the faster of the two even with the difference in range of motion.
