I had an encounter with the doll when I was in secondary school. that same doll actually appeared on the side of the road in Northpoint, Yishun. At the time the doll hadn’t went viral yet. Me and a friend saw it and got curious because amongst everything the doll actually stood out. We approached it and my friend wanted to touch it but I saw the Rajah around its eyes and immediately told my friend to not touch it. Not to mention when we begin approaching I can’t help but to feel something really negative emitting from it. A few days later the news of the doll appearing in Hougang started circulating. Another creepy thing is that when we begin to move away, I decided to look at it once more only to see that the doll is gone

About the Gumantong, i'm Thai and I probably said this story before. My parents moved into the current house we have like ten years ago. Within 2 weeks, he heard the sound of children playing on the roof. The neighbour came the next day and apologised because he said it was his Gumantong causing the disturbances (apparently they wanted to play). So I believe they're real. Honestly very adorable. They bring good fortune if you treat them right (which you should). My family doesn't have one but my grandma's house does, and my little cousins are always calling the Gumantong brother

Japanese haunted dolls are quite common in Japan. My grandmother-in-law (my wife is Japanese) casually owns a huanted doll in her house, she said the hair keep grow long. The first one sounds off to me. Ya know there's a difference story of a boy who could see ghosts. He was a Muslim and Muslims believe we can't see ghosts and holy beings as we have this thing blocking us from seeing them (dunno what the name is in English). But some people are born without it. So some people can see it. The boy we are talking about had his story documented and identity hidden. He basically told everyone that the Quranic verses are meant to be read and say out loud. You know those bug Islamic verses that people frame and out on the walls? The boy told everyone it was useless. As the ghosts hangs around and sat on the fram when the boys parents hanged it up in their home thinking it'll scare away ghosts and jinns.
In islam we believe jinns aren’t allowed to communicate with us but indeed some djinss don’t obbey Allah swt and make contact with us. They boy is right. The arabic verses hanged as decor in houses is worthless + it’s discouraged by manhadj salafiya because nobody actually reads it.
If anyone is from Pasir Labar Camp in army, they have probably eaten the FBO from the canteen to the left of the entry gate. That sambal fried rice with cheese fries and chicken is damn good but when you are queueing to order you will realise they have an altar with an entire rack of children toys. Im not sure if they are worshipping some child spirit but its highly likely considering their success xD
Ya… rumors told that certain restaurants that worshiping Gu Man Thong, it will served really tasty food and always have returning customers, but when you ordered and take away, it doesn’t taste the same anymore. Some might say it’s just because it is take away, but it is like really far different.
@@jingstitch7611 In Malay, this is called 'pelaris' which means amulet to attract more customers or business. In this case the restaurants surely went to Thailand to own this Gu Man Thong. Similarly this thing happened in Indian restaurants as well. You can see those weird golden thingy with writings inside a picture frame and hung at the cashier's. Yes, one of the signs of these kind of restaurants is that the taste of the take away food is worse than the same ones but dine-in. Muslims believe that these are the works of demonic spirits that the restaurants worshipped. It could be licking the plates or shitting on your food to make it taste better while in truth is that you're probably eating yesterday food that were on the verge of spoiling. That is the reason take away food from these kind of restaurants taste different and quickly spoiled. So if you experienced this kind of situation, just don't come to that restaurant again. Oh forgot to tell you, these kind of restaurants also might mix something dirty inside your food so be careful.
It is to feed or appease the child spirit. My bunk mate’s house apparently has one of those spirits. He explained that they would need to prepare food, toys etc. for the spirit. Surprisingly, that Pasir Laba room didn’t feel creepy.
But the temple declining to have the doll disassembled and analyzed could be out of respect to who it represents and the family who had sent it to the shrine. It's nice to know people don't cave to what others want out of respect.
I used to walk past a sec school while on my way to my pri sch. There was a half burned doll stuck on a small leaf-less tree on the sch's more isolated part of the yard. No idea why the tree is always leaf-less and no idea why the doll was not removed by the sch as it was obvious af. A few years on and it was still there until one day I saw the whole tree removed from the yard. It was the only tree removed from the yard. I'm sure that's some cursed sh!t right there.
I have story potentially about Gu Man Tong from my friend who is a paramedic. One night, he got a case to attend to near Chinatown at around 10pm - 12am. When he reached together with his 2 other colleagues, it is obvious which unit it was as the gate was opened. He was calling out to the house owner requesting to enter the house but there was no reply. He was about to enter then he realised 2 of his other colleagues were chanting which he found it puzzling. The living room was dark but the kitchen was brightly lit so he went straight to the kitchen to find an elderly lady lying on the floor conscious. He was looking around to see if there is anyone but there isnt, the elderly woman appeared to be living alone. While leaving the house to the hospital, he saw in the living room around the area where the television was, there were many figurines in different sizes placed around it and surrounded with sweets and drinks. He have many questions but little answer as the elderly didnt talk much. Back at the station doing his report, he checked with the call handler to find out more, only to know that the caller reporting this was coming from a Chinese speaking young man.

0:27 is kinda ironic cause you'd say Bismillah if you're scared or something, people use it mostly when they are scared of something or when they drink/eat, it's used for pretty much everything but mostly for when you eat/drink or get scared
Wasn't there a rumour/legend that the terracotta army were made of real people incased in clay as some sort of sacrifice to protect the emperor in the afterlife?
You do know that at earlier times, doll's hair are implanted by real human hair and it is known that real hair do continue to grow to some extent even if it's cut off
I had a doll once. She isn't that creepy.. but at the same time, still kinda is. This was just a normal barbie doll that that I favourited A LOT and was bought for me at a very young age (around when I was still in kindergarten so I don't remember much). Now listen, I was quite a huge fan of annabelle and what's creepy is that I often dreamt about her and woke up at around 3-5am in the morning so it kinda freaked me out yet also confused me because I'm a buddhist, not a Christian. But I got used to her dreams and slowly the dreams of her stopped BUT what's weirder was that I stopped having any dreams at all up until my grandpa died. So one day, I played in my grandpa's room with like my brother and grandma, it was all normal until I felt my favourite barbie doll's arm raise UP to touch my hands. I was really religious and still is, plus my grandpa was one of those religious masters and stuff like that so I was freaked out but being a fan of annabelle, I thought it'd be better to keep quiet and treat it well. I went to sit outside (bc I was freaked out obv) and I got into a small childish conflict with my brother then I cried and told my grandparents about the doll. They seemed to be puzzled and didn't care much so didn't do anything about it. Fast forward, I took care of the doll almost everyday. I combed her hair, changed her dress and she somehow never tried to touch me anymore. But obviously, as you grow older you'll stop playing with dolls overtime. Finally, I got all my barbie dolls back this year after my grandpa had died last year. The doll's hair was sticky and she kinda melted? I was quite the girl who like worships hair a lot and I hated cutting my hair so it was really weird and creepy. My mom said to throw her out which she did and so far nothing had happened.
If you want to know where the hougang doll disappeared to, apparently it was sold to a new owner who likes to collect dolls. The new owner was the one who posted the picture of the doll that got its blindfold removed. The case was so viral in singapore that even the creator of the doll also commented. She said she makes creepy looking dolls for a living and customers bought it. One of the customers apparently got haunted by the doll every day so decided to throw it in a rubbish bin but the doll keeps coming back. Thats why they abandon it and bind it to a tree with a blindfold. As long as the doll is blindfolded, it won’t move. Someone who happens to be an ustaz (islamic religious teacher) found it and decided to write religious scripts on it after sensing the bad energy. They removed the doll and somehow it got passed from one person to another and eventually reached the new owner who posted its picture without blindfold. The captions of the post was that of the doll eyes looking very black & angry and that we shouldn’t stare at its eyes.
Have you ever stopped to think that IF this story about the doll being possessed was real, maybe it wasn't evil and the previous owner only got rid of it because it was too inconvenient? and he blindfolded her so he wouldn't follow her back home because he was fed up with her bothering him
Supernatural Confessions unpacked the backstory of the doll. I believe Eugene reached out to the original owners of the doll and covered their story in his podcast. If I recall correctly, the doll belonged to a Malay lady who loves collecting dolls. It was a gift from her partner. However, upon receiving the doll, she’s been encountering weird experiences with it - the doll moving, speaking on its own and throwing itself across the room. It led to her disowning the doll. I honestly forgot the entire story. I believe one part of it mentioned about burning the doll, but you could listen to the whole confession on the podcast. If I find it, I’ll link it here via edit
That okiku doll you give logical stories but for some reason it still not enough to say it just because of gravity. If the hair is really being glued to the doll head it's impossible for gravity to make it slowly go down. It's a different story if they using a tape but it sometimes got wet because of water
I remember quite a few years back during my reservist in BRC we had a navigation exercise in bukit timah - rifle range area. My team and a couple of other teams saw this doll along a game trail blindfolded and tied to a tree. Our NAVEX was in the middle of dense forested area and to get to this area one has to bash and hike more than 1km from known trials used by civilians. I don't have any creepy stories for this doll and it wasn't scary because we did the NAVEX in the day but it sure is weird to find it in the middle of the forest. I'm not sure if it's still there but if you are feeling adventurous you can drop me a dm.

@@Saicofake some protect you if you take care of them...
But the temple declining to have the doll disassembled and analyzed could be out of respect to who it represents and the family who had sent it to the shrine. It's nice to know people don't cave to what others want out of respect.
Hello sushi, I always feel intrigued by your amazing paranormal series. 👍 Hope you have a blessed week. 😊
Sushi korkor looking extra handsome tday
9:13 -9:19 me trying my best to pronounce words in front of my family
Back at the station doing his report, he checked with the call handler to find out more, only to know that the caller reporting this was coming from a Chinese speaking young man.
sushi uploaded gang 🔥🔥
Boy. Your rating is so match able. I rated them with sane grade as you even before you told. Definitely a good rater I liked it. Keep on making more like this.
0:27 is kinda ironic cause you'd say Bismillah if you're scared or something, people use it mostly when they are scared of something or when they drink/eat, it's used for pretty much everything but mostly for when you eat/drink or get scared
Probably that’s why the owner covered its eyes with bismullah so that it wouldn’t find her again
Wasn't there a rumour/legend that the terracotta army were made of real people incased in clay as some sort of sacrifice to protect the emperor in the afterlife?
How dare RUclips hides this from me for 3 minutes............ 👹
the producer seems chio 🤭🤭
Finally you have came out with another tier list
You do know that at earlier times, doll's hair are implanted by real human hair and it is known that real hair do continue to grow to some extent even if it's cut off
The source of all people's nightmares. Dolls in dark places.

YANG WHAT 🗣️🗣️
I had a doll once.
Have you ever stopped to think that IF this story about the doll being possessed was real, maybe it wasn't evil and the previous owner only got rid of it because it was too inconvenient? and he blindfolded her so he wouldn't follow her back home because he was fed up with her bothering him
4:51 the knocking sound creeped the shit out of me
On the night the blindfolded doll was discovered, I actually had a nightmare where a doll tried to get me to look into its eyes.
I screamed as soon as I opened the video, I got scared by the intro 😭
saw a medusa and terracotta army meme and it is so freaking hilarious lol
Even RUclips warned us😢
Supernatural Confessions unpacked the backstory of the doll.
"I poke her eye, Shit" 😂 lmao
we need a part 2 !!
A part of me felt sad for the Gu Man Tong when he asks the elder sister figure to wake up
Omg, the only thing shocked me was at 1:50 when the producer started speaking out of no where XD
Hi, I subbed, you are cool, can you please go do a ghost hunting series?
FEEDING A GU MAN TONG YAKULT IS CCRAZY LMAOOOOP
FINALLY A SINGAPOREAN TALKING ABOUT THIS
That okiku doll you give logical stories but for some reason it still not enough to say it just because of gravity. If the hair is really being glued to the doll head it's impossible for gravity to make it slowly go down. It's a different story if they using a tape but it sometimes got wet because of water
You know it's a real shit when RUclips give us a warning
Fr😂
Black Magic gets stronger if it insults something, like 'bismillah' written on dirty things
Hahahhaha sushii get called sounds like an ang mo trying to speak chinese when he spell qin shi huang 😂😂😂
The doll looks like a blindfolded weirdo that got bullied and wrote stuff on her blindfold-
I remember quite a few years back during my reservist in BRC we had a navigation exercise in bukit timah - rifle range area.
I honestly dont think it was a great idea watching this video at night...
Especially that first doll with its eyes unbounded
Me at 3 am in the morning: EVERYONE WAKE UP SNEAKY SUSHII JUST POSTED CMON WAKE UP
