Our dog is doing those things outside. Inside the home the dog is good with stay and being able to chill out.
I'm having that same issue. As soon as my dogs get outside they act like they don't know me.

Man, so I just got a very sweet 9 week old all white bully! Gorgeous, smart very big! Was the biggest in the litter! This after loosing my bully girl of 15 years! She was just an amazing girl! I can not seem to get my new boy to pee outside! He is literally scared of everything and let’s my little dogs punk him! I don’t want him to hurt them, but they look at him he pees! I don’t know what to do

I can only speeak for my experience. A first time dog owner of a sharpei. Ive had him since he was a puppy and hes almost 3 yrs old this December. We're in the last set of training for service dog certification 🐕🦺 Training communication correction and understanding are all that was needed.
