My favorite way of looking at the first came from a veteran. "No one's shot at me today, so it's a pretty good day." To @turtle360's point, it doesn't always work, but you can use it to remind yourself that while it may FEEL like you're in mortal danger, this is an overreaction from your brain and you can start using regulation to calm yourself down.
@@turtle360 Not really, no, you just end up overthinking What DOES help is a little mantra I really like which is just "When it's time to panic - DON'T PANIC" It's not about making yourself believe things are okay It's all about NOT. THINKING.
In my experience, yoga works tremendously for depression and anxiety as well as routine stress. Not only does the stretching releases the tightness of the body and can be an excellent exercise overall but paired with mindful breathing, it soothes the mind and body in ways that are truly remarkable. Indulging in our favourite hobbies can be quite calming and relaxing as well.

New Age music is my go to stress reliever. Specially artists like Steven Halpern and Hiroshi Yoshimura. I HIGHLY recommend Halpern’s “Spectrum Suite” and Yoshimura’s “GREEN” and “SURROUND”. Some of the genres most seminal works that have truly changed my life.
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
I was thinking about how to get better and working before deadline because I thought I’d go to the last minute because I would procrastinate to avoid stress. But also the stress is a result of the procrastination which brings the deadline closer which leads to more stress and it’s a bad cycle. I think the solution is to be motivated without too much stress because otherwise it can trigger the procrastination. So for those stressful procrastinators like me, I think let’s try sticking to a schedule and have the first 20 secs of a task layed out beforehand. That doesn’t make us wonder what to do and procrastinate in dread of what me might have to do. Istead we know what to start of and we don’t see the big daunting project but a place to continue. And hopefully by scheduling this, we can get work done In advance and stop sweating bullets as much. God bless
With time, you get used to stress. Especially after facing it with time in a certain field. You still feel pressured, but perform better even if stressed because you've become more resilient. Also, you get stressed less over things with time.
The animation is very pleasant, especially the main character's design (love the dangly earrings and a singular strand of hair). But also it's helpful with its lesson, reminding us to exercise, socialize and practice the control over our stressful emotions so we could easily overcome them. ☺
I am 34 years old. I have autism and I suffer from high anxiety. Nothing makes me more stressed then being told to manage it/stop acting like that in front of people so I don't embarrass them. I'm sorry if panicking doesn't fit your social norms.
Every year price of commodities will increase, your mortgage rates will increase, government taxes will increase, but your salary will stay the same. We're closer to world war than ever, and war will waste all your life's effort, and after 100 years no one may even remember you, the house you paid for will belong to a stranger, your beloved expensive car will be on a junkyard. Now go manage your stress
We live in a universe where mass attracts other mass for no discernable reason and tiny invisible particles wiggling inside wires enables me to see at night and you want to tell me that "increased blood flow to the brain prompts brain growth" is a dubious statement?
There are some inaccuracies with this video. At one point it seems as if adrenaline (epinephrine) and cortisol are being emitted/released from the pituitary. They are released only by the adrenal gland through direct nervous stimulation.
This is misleading! If your stress is troubling you, the most effective non-drug treatment we have according to all recent meta-analyses is cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety. Breathing in right after feeling stressed can help short-term but long-term it can make your stress worse by making you think that you cannot cope without those intentional breaths. There are therapists and a self-help workbook from the author of CBT, it really helped me. I don't understand why you mislead people instead of at least mentioning evidence-based therapies. Mindfulness and breathing can be part of them and can be helpful if used on a scheduled basis, not after each stressful episode

As a newbie investor, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Liza Georgia is my trade analyst , she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessment, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns .
I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Liza Georgia, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market..
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle . I've been making more than $200k passively by just investing through an adviser and I don't have to do much work... Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
Without a doubt! Liza Georgia is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analyzing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted on thorough research and years of practical experience.

“Just don’t stress about it,” is what I usually get when I’m stressed. But like the video said, journaling actually helps. As well as meditation.

Step 2: Avoid family members.
