I Live in BC, but we've been to Washington State for plenty of music fests and well here is something we see - not close like the vid, but very much the same - images.alarabiya.net/1d/dc/640x392_51215_123714.jpg - the "new ones" chimneys are narrorow now not that / \ shape - spooky hum - this music is awesome btw x

Most likely one of many oil refineries strewn out in the greater states.
It does not look like a power plant, more like a chemical plant. That would include an oil refinery, but there seem to be not enough storage tanks.
