I have this light. Best light ever never use on 1800 even off road and in dark 900 I get 3 hours battery at least 90 mins on full not too bad at all

Did you always drain it to zero? Have you used it in cold weather?

Lumen output is excellent, but overall a poor user experience. One single button to power on, cycle thru modes, and power off. Maybe I have a defective product, but the button functionality seems inconsistent. Sometimes long press to power off, sometimes light remains on and requires several mode cycles in order to power off. In several instances, any frequency of button pressing does not turn the light back on. The only way to get any response is by plugging the light back into the charger cord. Does not instill much confidence if I rely on this to adequately light the trail at a moments notice. I'm disappointed in this product.

Definitely worth a warranty check. Check the manual at 4:44, the switch-off time should be 1 second and the memory function is nice as you don't have to keep shuffling to your favourite lighting mode.
