Internationally? Probably because they don't have the same format than most idol groups that focus on dance, visually appealing mvs... And they don't sing mostly bubble gum pop or edm heavy tracks... Basically, probably because their music is quite unique but originally was more accoustic guitar driven... They just don't fit as much with what is familiar to kpop fans. They fit more with the indie scene, specially with Chanhyuk (the brother) being their songwriter, but they're still within the idol industry and not a full on indie rock band... Not fitting with what is the formats or package that kpop fans are familiar with, maybe that makes people not check their music. It's a shame, because their entire discography is golden.
