No if you can switch to the s23 ultra instead... S22 ultra doesn't have a good battery life and it also got heating issues... In s23 ultra these issues got fixed and camera is also better... And the processor is also a gem in that one

All they are offering is replace ur screen .if under warranty it ll be free if not we need to pay 22k for screen replacement. Better keep the refresh rate to 60hz and use it by keeping motion smoothness to standard in display settings and use the phone.
