I get this error everytime i create a new project. If i set the gradle folder to the folder with 5.1.1 i plasted in my program folder and then try and change the plugin version it is already 3.4.2 which is also my android version. It tells me there is no cached version of android.build.tools 3.4.2. Can you please give any advice.

not working, i have a AS ver 3.1, "...build:gradle:3.0.1 available for offline mode", if I'm set 3.1 of Android plugin version, it make back to 3.0.1
